This office was wonderful. We had to have a hearing test before my 2 year old son could start speech therapy and even though the office was booked out for months, they worked us in the same week.

My son just turned 2 and isn’t the most cooperative but the two doctors were amazing with him and the whole process was as fun as could be for a 2 year old, quick and painless. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Very pleased with our experience and would recommend them to anyone.

We recently visited HearCare Audiology for an appointment, and I must say, the experience exceeded all of our expectations. My husband brought in our child, who has autism, and the staff handled the entire appointment with the utmost professionalism, care, and patience.

From the moment they walked in, the team went out of their way to make the environment comfortable and welcoming. They were incredibly patient, giving our child time to adjust and ensuring there was no rush during the process. The audiologist was not only knowledgeable but also displayed a deep understanding of how to work with clients with autism, providing a calming and sensory-friendly experience.

My husband couldn’t stop bragging about how well the appointment was handled, and he was particularly impressed by how the audiologist explained each step of the process in a clear, reassuring manner that helped ease any anxiety.
