I visited the Hearing Institute of the Desert. Dr. Zanella again two days ago as I was unable to get one of my hearing aids to function properly. The absolutely best service and assistance with any problems. My issue was resolved in 15 minutes. I bought my wonderful hearing aids there and the service has always been prompt and without charge. I think this is my fifth pair of hearing aids that I got at The Hearing Institute of the desert. I’ve dealt with Wade all those times and he is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. One time several years ago I went to Costco because their top of the line was 1/2 price. When they came in and I tried them on, they didn’t work as well as the old hearing aids I was going to use as a spare. He put both of them on a computer to check my comment, and he said I was right and refunded my money on the new pair. I immediately made an appointment with Wade, and got the best hearing aids. (More money, but I learned you get what you pay for). I need hearing aids, and I want and need to hear the best I can. It’s more money, but it’s worth every dollar!

actually I had the clearest understanding of my ringing ears and my hearing lose. It is very good to understand that the hearing aides might reduce the ringing as I will be hearing sounds around me more clearly and perhaps for the first time in a long time.

Dr. Wilson was thorough and informative and referred us to Dr Zarella for hearing aids. We have them and love them. The difference between his and Costco's is like night and day.
