Can’t say anything about the doctor because we never got to see one! I’m not sure where was she busy when she has patients to attend. We waited 2.5 hrs to see the doctor and ultimately left the facility without seeing one. Firstly, no offense but almost 80 year old lady started collecting initial information and she asked same questions about 5 times as she was forgetting the answers I was providing. Poor poor service. Don’t ever go there!

I have to say, I've never had a technician, Becky, do so much for my eye care services. I thought she was the doctor until Dr. Cline made her debut. Services were top notch and Dr. Cline was a true professional and gem.
Please go check out this eye business...you won't be disappointed!

Incompetent billing staff:
Does not correctly charge the insurance company at the time of purchase. Months later, after they realize they have made a mistake, they try to charge you again after you've already paid your out of pocket expenses in an attempt to fix their incompetence. After you explain to the smarter people that they have made a mistake, they admit fault, but it's too late because they are too late at making the claim against the insurance company because it's 8 months later. Now you are held accountable, but I will not pay for their incompetence.

I recently got an eye exam here along with my 10 year old son. The fresh new office looks great. Frontdesk was a little harsh but polite. Techs and Dr. Cline were super nice and helpful. My son even mentioned that he wasn't nervous anymore after they helped him with a thorough exam too.

I ended up getting getting a new pair of glasses in the end. The optical department was also thorough and helpful. I've gone back for a fitting tweak without any fanfare.

I am glad we tried this office and will be happy to go back or recommend anyone to try them.

Dr. Cline came highly recommended from several co-workers and family members. She was very patient and attentive and truly appeared to care about my concerns. Nothing at all like the experience I had at another local facility. She took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes and explain all of my options. I would highly recommend Dr. Cline.

Love this place! Ginger Cline is the best Ophthalmologist I've been to. She's dug wood and metal out of my eyes for 4 year's and it's always been a "pain free" experience. The staff have a sense of humor and are very patient.

I went to see an Ophthalmologist for a horrible dry eye problem and for my annual exam. Unfortunately I was seen by an Optometrist whose only recommendation was to use over the counter drops 5 times per day. Which I was already doing. The front desk staff were very rude and dismissive. I still have horrible problems with dry eyes and didn’t even get a new glasses prescription. Will not go back as this visit was a waste if my time.
