I like drinking Ultra Chai because it boosts my energy levels and decreases inflammation. The fact that science indicates many of the ingredients improve my immune system, and it actually tastes good are 2 important bonuses! The flavor of Ultra Chai is actually like a tasty masala chai. I mix a tablespoon with water or whatever milk I have in the fridge, and I'm happy it mixes easily in a shaker cup. I add extra moringa since I really appreciate that it helps reduce inflammation better than anything I have used. Sometimes I drink it twice a day, and I'm glad I can drink it morning or night without it affecting sleep.

I tried mud water and thought it was too expensive, and the flavor was too much like mud, even for me. I also like Ultra Chai better than alternatives because it has no sugar, no caffeine, and it tastes much much better than any mix I made myself.

Love the Ultra Chai! If you're like me and you like many warm, hearty beverages a day but don't necessarily want to get all jacked up on caffeine or sugar, Ultra Chai totally hits the spot. I drink it straight: it's a balanced blend with great body and flavor. The spice adds a pleasant kick to the drink without being overwhelming at all. I can't speak to the health aspects of the drink but I like to joke that the rich final sip of the mixture is my "immortality gulp" lol
