I found them to be knowledgeable and friendly. They were great at explaining test results and product selection. The Orientation of care, use, maintenance and App usage was not rushed, very thorough. A dreaded experience turned into a pleasant surprise.

They are all very nice and polite. The doctor is very friendly and knowledgeable. The woman Myrah is very knowledgeable about what has to be done to the hearing aids if you have a problem with them. Great group of people.

Everything went well with the hearing aid setup and getting all the instructions for them. The app for the hearing aids work so well and making any adjustments with the app is easy. Hear USA was excellent on getting me my new hearing aids. The staff was attentive to my needs and explained everything for the hearing aids.
