First time at this business, everybody was very nice the place was very clean, just a tad small when they're busy but nothing to be bothered some about. There's a lot of nice frames to choose from. I would recommend them to my family and friends especially for the choices they have and the values they offer

I, can say my family as well as myself have been treated very well by Dr.Helwig and his staff. Wouldn't recommend any better eye care office. They are all wonderful people!

I really hate going to any Dr. Idc wat it's for I just hate it ,but I had to go ha my eyes check an they help me with my paperwork, an I went in to for him to check my eyes it didn't bother me at all he was cutting up anmaking me laugh I will be going back.

Today I brought my daughter to see Dr. Helwig for the first time. We switched doctors because he is closer and didn’t care for our previous eye doctor. Let me just say Dr. Helwig is AWESOME! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile, and they got us back in the waiting room super quick. Dr. Helwig is great with kids and he was super laid back and down to earth. He made the whole appointment super easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend!!

I’ve been using Dr H for years- love him and the team. Laid back, friendly, easy to work with. Visit was in and out, and I appreciated that since I had to get back to work. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

They have an awesome new phone system that sent me a text message when they were unable to answer the phone. I replied and she called me back that afternoon and worked me in for a Saturday appt very quickly. Dr. Helwig is always great and his office staff were cordial, detailed, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had the paperwork, evaluation, contacts and two pair of glasses ordered in about 30 min!

They never answer the phone, when I finally got them and mentioned that I had been calling for two weeks about ten times a day and leaving messages; she said oh don't leave a message, I never return those. What?! Then why do you have voicemail? She said to just keep calling until I get someone. Yes a business said this! So I finally get an appointment and ask for the notes for the file (this is for a foster kid), they said the doctor hasn't finished them he will fax them to you. My fax was not working so he , the actual doctor, said he would have them with her glasses in 3-4 weeks. They will call when they are ready. 5 weeks later still no call...I just go in because I can't get them on the phone....her glasses are ready but no notes. I ask the lady for them and she acts like I'm stupid and in her way. I said that the doctor said he would have them for me. She said "well if I see him today I will ask him.". I got upset and said that's not very professional....isn't he right there in that room? Can't you just ask him? Oh no....if I see him I will let him know. The glasses were there but no one bothered to call. When I did talk to the doctor to get his notes, he said I faxed them myself. I reminded him that my fax was not working and that he was going to have it with the glasses. He acted like I was rude. That's fine there are plenty of professional eye doctors out there whose main concern isn't their wallets. They answer their phones and don't have their employees running around not knowing what's going on half the time. We will use someone else even if I have to go to Atlanta.
