Very helpful and friendly staff. I went in knowing absolutely nothing about cannabis and the employees were very helpful in finding me which forms, dosages, and strains would be good for a first timer. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're naive to cannabis.

Hemporium is probably the best business I have been to in years. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. They talk to you (and really listen) about your needs and will offer a great product to fit your needs. And the products are always awesome and consistently great. Rusty helped me today, and I gotta say he is such a cool guy that will help you out and really set you up for success. Thank you, Hemporium, for all that you do for the community. I can't wait to go back next time!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I called them on the phone and was immediately met with a very kind person. I later went to the location where the employee remembered talking to me and then stayed after his shift ended to continue helping us. They showed us so many cool products and helped us for as long as needed (which was a very long time; these are patient people). They are incredibly knowledgeable about what they sell and the products in general, but they are also out of this world nice and generous. I had never been to a place like this before I went to Hemporium and now I will never go anywhere else. You guys absolutely rock!

I trust no other shop in town more for HHC or Delta 8/9. Incredibly kind & knowledgeable staff. Everything feels modern & clean, but somehow keeps the charm of a mom & pop shop. I visit the shop every two weeks unless I buy in bulk.

I had a lovely experience purchasing a vape from here; I was greeted with enthusiasm and was immediately offered help and received descriptions of products and was told how they work how much they are, etc. I was offered a student discount at check out as well. Upon arrival to my car my vape appeared to not be working, however I just turned right back around and brought it in and the worker offered his help right away and offered a free replacement if he couldn’t get it to work (he did!). I had a great experience and will be recommending this place to others!

Hemporium helped me SO incredibly much!!! Greg is awesome and super knowledgeable and helped find products that were right for me. The flower selection is top notch and changed my life for the better! 100% recommend it. I could finally relax. I have been there a few times already throughout the past 6 weeks and Holli has been super helpful as well!!! This place is nice, clean, and they genuinely care about their customers. I didn’t feel intimidated walking in, I instantly felt comfortable and that is super important to me. Best CBD place in Springfield!!!
