I asked the person if the herb I was looking for was good for coughs, he said " I don't know, you did your research didn't you?". Like seriously? I did my research, but I was curious to see if he knew more, if he could point me in a good direction, but he seemed to not care at all. Really bad customer service and it sounds like he isn't even knowledgeable about his product. Not going back again.

I piece of heaven on earth! With such a huge selection I was a bit intimidated at first but with my list in hand the owner went to the back and grabbed most of the herbs I had on my list while I flipped through a book on Holistic Healing he recommended. Knowledgeable + great customer service! I will be back! P.S. bring cash.

My daughter-in-law was in severe pain after getting out of the ER with kidney stones. Being an herbalist myself I wanted to get her started on the proper herbs to dissolve the stones and heal her kidneys. My problem is I live too far away to get her what she needs immediately. I called the Herb Shop and asked if they could put together what I need and have it ready for my son when he arrives as they have small children who make shopping a big challenge. He not only has what I need, but something better, and has everything ready to go for when my son arrives so he can mix it and send him on his way. Couldn't ask for better customer service and knowledge, would highly recommend visiting The Herb Shop.

In a grand desire to save funds and make my own tea rather than pay moola for tiny tea bags, I randomly googled and found the Herb Shoppe. After a brief phone call with Livio, I *knew* this was the spot for me!

Not only did he express his excitement in my desire to make my own blends of tea, but he was an absolute joy to talk with!

I met him that evening after work, we spoke for a bit about my intentions with my tea-practices; he offered lots of advice, support, and charm.

The three ingredients I picked up were so aromatic and full of life, even in their dried state! Chamomile, Lavender, and Rose Petals. Just...beautiful! And Top Notch!

I cannot want to go back as I delve deeper into the realm of my newfound practices and learn more and more on how herbs may enrich my life.

Did I mention already what a joy Livio was? An a fount of knowledge!

Don't be fooled by the empty apothecary herb jars, the owner has fresh product in the back room. We got some good kava powder from him. Fun going in here, like a time capsule.

A truly amazing man runs this shop, very genuine, and VERY knowledgeable. The first time I came in he had almost everything I needed and when I didn’t get one of those things he made sure to call and tell me that he has it now. Although the jars are empty right now due to covid, he has a LOT in the back of the shop ready to be used.
The lavender I got is still extremely fragrant and it’s amazing that he is able to tell you exactly where he got his herbs. Not a lot of stores can. 10/10 would small talk again ❤️

I love this place! Livio (the owner) is extremely intelligent and kind, I literally go back just to have a conversation with him. The herbs are great too! My daughter hasn’t needed an inhaler or steroids since using the mix of herbs he gave me. Highly recommend.
