We went to the Atlanta area for a visit with family and decided to go inside of the brick and mortar. From the door, we were treated with a very warm welcoming, assistance with the different products. I love entry to exit greetings of service. The staff are very knowledgeable about all of the products offered. Showed us items that were on sale, popular items, etc. We had such a pleasurable experience here. If i football live so far away, I'd PATRONIZE in person all of the time. Thank you, Herb" N Eden, your products are top tier

I love Herb n Eden. It’s the only skin care I buy. However, every time they have a big sale something goes wrong. The biggest problem is they don’t fulfill orders in the order they receive them so there’s no guarantee you’ll get the products you want. My order number was 601. I spent over $200. My sister ordered after me with a smaller order and her order number was 711. Not only did she receive her package before me, but she also received all her items, including the two face masks I really wanted.
I was very excited to try the face masks. I was refunded for one which didn’t make sense because my sister received hers. Their response was there was a problem and the warehouse and that one slipped through.
But to make it worse, I finally receive my package and the other face mask isn’t in there either! I was refunded for both masks but it was more like here take your money. No sincere apology for fulfilling an order that was over 100 orders after mine. No offer to send me the masks that wasn’t in my package. No offer to let me buy the mask again at the same price once it’s an available.
Like I said I love their products but their fulfillment and customer service is disappointing.

This post is related specifically to their shipping and customer service. The shipping and communication concerning delays are deplorable. I love their products once better shipping is available.

Update: As a business owner myself I must give credit and value where it is due. There was a delay with my order and the communication wasn't the best. Let me tell you the customer service at this company to make it right exceeded my expectations. I needed to cancel my order because I was going out of the country and would not be able to receive my order in a timely manner before leaving. I asked could my order be canceled. This company canceled my order and gave me a refund. However, I asked in the future could they just ship what was in stock and ship the delay order when it becomes available. To my surprise yesterday I was informed that I had a package it was from Herb and Eden. As I write this I'm in awe of this company right now. Not because they sent me things after the fact but because I am so big on customer service. They have gain a customer and free marketing from me. This is what one calls exceptional customer service.

The smell of flowers, herbs and all of your favorite oils seep out the box before its even open! That alone tell me a lot of thought, preparation and effort goes into their products. I love the Neem soap and cant wait to try they facial products. The suggestion I have is to label the soap in the mystery box but with a little effort I was able to match the soap with the pics you have listed on the website. Thanks Herb 'n Eden!!!

This is a nice, black-owned business providing quality products that I enjoy supporting. I've used their soaps, body scrubs, body oil, face wash & more. The Turmeric-infused face wash turned out to be too much for my sensitive skin, but their other products stay in regular rotation. I also appreciate that if I don't have time to go into the store, I can purchase online and have the products shipped. Thumbs up from me.

I found them online during the pandemic. Ordered soaps, oil and whipped butter which is the best I've found. Finally got to go to the store 11 16.23 as I was in the area on the way home to another state. Employee was very kind and courteous. You also get the same online discount in the store. My haul for today minus one bar of lemongrass soap and travel size whipped body butter. They are already packed in my travel kit.The Lemongrass is my favorite in the soap which is why I buy two. If you haven't heard their story please look it up. I also love that they give back and are concerned about their community. That makes me want to support them more.

I LOVE this site! I would be on here typing all day! I love the couple who runs the store. All of their products are organic and natural. Their soaps feel and smell good and aren’t harsh on your skin at all. They have a point system on their site that gives you discounts once you get enough points. Also, they always seems to have a sale. I’ve tried almost ever soap they have came out with. My favorite was active charcoal for a long time until they came out with this cedarwood and sea clay so now the tables have turned. I get the products fast even though I’m stationed in Germany. Look, just order from them once. You’ll be back.
