Terrific pharmacy, no waiting, free delivery, calls answered quickly.
Staff are all very friendly and efficient. Amy is a real gem, always pleasant and seems to genuinely care about her customers..Michael the pharmacist is the best, seems to always bend over backwards to complete my orders quickly..after the past year of frustration, dealing with major pharmacy’s not answering phones or worse placing me on hold and never returning, Heritage pharmacy is a breath of fresh air..I highly recommend them..

Worst pharmacy I've dealt with in my entire life. Very disorganized. I have to take an injection every two weeks, so I asked them to put it on auto-refill and delivery so I don't have to call or go there in person every week. From the moment that they started filling my prescription, almost every other week there was some sort of issue, causing delay in my injections which is a critical medicine for my liver. Each time there was a justification of "this system went down" or "sorry we forgot to do that" or "sorry this other company canceled on us"..... I ended up moving my prescription out of this pharmacy so save my life and my time.

Horrible. Would have given - if possible. Picked up 2 prescriptions. It doesn't say on the bottles what they're for. Had to ask. Doesn't say what the strengths are. Only one says wether to eat with food or not. Had to look up on Internet. Never again.

Amy is amazing! So friendly with such a great attitude. The pharmacy is the best as well! They have the rapidpak program so you can have all of your medications conveniently packed into morning and evening pill packs...it makes it so easy to remember to take your medicine.

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy in Palm Springs. I have been here for 5 months. For 5 months not one of my refills has been correct. I have to go to this location 4, 5, 6 times a month in order to have them correct repeating errors so I can receive my three medications.

Heritage Pharmacy is the best place to get medication in Palm Springs. A majority of Rite Aid, CVS and Walgreens doesn’t have good services. Heritage Pharmacy have Great Staff, friendly service, Quality medication and phone reminder to pick up meds. I am so glad that I found this family pharmacy.

I am a health care professional and use Heritage Pharmacy frequently to get meds for my patients. No longer do I have to wait on hold for 20+ minutes (big box pharmacies) to speak to the pharmacist. Staff friendly, helpful and i am able pick up meds quickly to take to patients. I am very happy to have this pharmacy available to me.
