I cannot speak highly enough of Hester’s, from the moment we stepped foot into the building we knew we’d found a gem. my husband and I both have somewhat unique taste and are harder to fit. I have a very small face and have had a notoriously hard time finding glasses that both fit and flatter my face. My husband is the opposite w a wider face. They carry the only brand I’ve found (dolabany) that makes multiple frames in sizes that work for me and in shapes I actually love and that actually add to my style as opposed to feeling like something I’ve had to settle for. Deb and Charles are absolutely incredible!! They made sure that I was thrilled with my new glasses and Deb went above and beyond ordering a color they didn’t have in store, keeping me informed on the discontinued nature of my old fave color, she was so patient with me during the decision making process and gave me all the time I needed. I ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses bc for the first time in my life I loved two pair enough that I couldn’t choose and both of them suit my style perfectly and don’t detract from it! Charles made sure my glasses fit perfectly and adjusted them (multiple times) until they were perfect and even went on a mini investigation to determine why one new pair felt different in the lenses than my old pair, long story short Hester’s centers the lens to where *you* wear your glasses and my previous doctor didnt. Hester’s really feels like a bespoke experience, I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed! They have an incredible selection, incredible staff and incredible quality work, I’m so happy I found them!

Dr. Hester and his entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They make the process of getting your eyes examined to finding the perfect fit of glasses, a seamless and easy experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a family type feeling experience to try them. They will become your favorite eye practice as well!

I was very impressed with the staff at Hester Eye Associates. From the very beginning when making my appointment I was treated with kindness and respect. All the ladies there were very friendly and made me feel less anxious about my immediate vision problems.
All that being said Dr Hester himself was awesome. Easy to talk to, answered all my questions and explained everything completely.
I wish more doctors and their staff would treat their patients with the warmth and kindness I was given. Thanks guys!!
