I have been seeing Dr. Bennett for at least 17 years and I’m always happy to visit her for my yearly eye exam. She is thorough and an outstanding professional and I always leave her office knowing I have received the best vision care.
Her office is modern, clean and her staff always make me feel
at ease. They are ready to assist with any eyeglasses I wish to purchase after my exam. They offer a beautiful and large variety.
I very much recommend Dr. Bennett for all your vision healthcare needs.

I just had a bit of an emergency and Karen was outstanding and fit me in Tuesday morning. Dr. Bennett was on board and caring and thorough. Loved the optometrist but the front of the house staff is pretentious. They are elitist and once they find out you’re not spending the dollar they’d like you to spend on their products (showing $250-$600 glasses) they somewhat brush you off.

They do not take frames from other vendors and replace frames. And they are not kind to those who don’t understand the process of replacing frames — saying our $150 pair we brought in was cheap and had barely any good quality.

I so wanted to support this cute local spot, but unless the front of house staff shifts their approach with a “commoner” I will have to take my business and eyeballs somewhere else.

I called to make an appointment as a new patient. Krissy or whoever picked up the phone is mean. She acted like the optometrist was exclusive. I understand that the doctor is busy. However, telling me, “if you really want to see our doctor, you’ll have to change your schedule” is just rude. I encourage the doctor to train her staff.
There are other optometrists out there who actually appear to care and be nice.

Wonderful Optometry office. They were able to get me in for a same day eye exam. Convenient location, beautiful boutique office, and very reasonable fees. I appreciate Dr. Kristie Bennett for her knowledge, professionalism, and friendly personality. I would recommend anyone looking for an eye exam, and contacts or glasses to visit this office.

Rude staff. Chrissy is just flat out mean and unhelpful. Robin the office manager is also just mean. They don't care about their patients. Never return phone calls. Go elsewhere. They pride themselves on being a small practice but they treat their patients worse than big chains. Save your time and your money. I am finding another doctor. The practice has gone downhill over the years.

Dr Bennett is nice. Her receptionist is very rude and completely unhelpful. My wife and I have both attempted to make multiple appointments and get clarification on things before. My wife has called numerous times to schedule things and the receptionist has hung up on her while she’s been talking. I would recommend Dr Bennett, but her staff, especially the receptionist, has completely changed my opinion of the entire office. We will be finding a new doctor.

The doctors are a bit pretentious and bothered if they have to explain something. Wasn’t clear where I should go when I was told to “wash up” or where to go after that as the doctor disappeared. I felt uncomfortable so decided to cancel my appointment and go elsewhere. Front desk is very courteous and respectful. Nice selection of glasses and great brands. Free parking behind the building. Too bad the doctor wasn’t a bit more sympathetic and warm.
