I had a lot of problems trying to get insurance to pay this outstanding bill for a year. I've been going back and forth to the office of Rotech in Lee's summit Missouri. I'll go there every Friday to see if the bill has been paid because I cannot order medicine or supplies. I love you secretary by the name of Angela she helped me a lot. Miss Angela called insurance company explain to them what's going on and she stayed on them for the last 8 days for longer. She always gave me updates and what's going on. Miss Angela is a excellent worker she keeps a very good smile her face and she have good personality. Without talking to Angela I could have lost my cool because this was not getting solve. Miss Angela assured me that she was the owner and she would get this results. What she did. I think Miss Angela need to get a huge raise because of her outstanding courtesy and kindness. And also her attitude was very professional. I was very comfortable talking to Ms Angela so I decided to go visit her every Friday until this situation gets resolved. My name is James Willis and I would like to say thank you to miss Angela and the company she works for it. If the company can please do some very special for Miss Angela because she goes out her way to help customers.

Angela, I believe is her name, went above and beyond for me today. I spoke to her on the phone and told her I would be in there before lunch. I got held up, and didn't get there till she was on her lunch break. She assisted me in the middle of her lunch when she definitely was not expected to.

Thanks Angela for being a great employee and being exceptional today when you had every right to stay on break and make me wait.

DON'T GET YOUR EQUIPMENT FROM ROTECH. This place sent me home with a mask that never fit. Since day 1 my mask leaked and my events were over 30. I called the local office, who deflected my calls to the corporate office. Meanwhile, it took 3 weeks to get another mask that also didnt fit. All the while they charged me for the machine even though my mask never fit. I called multiple times and each person was less helpful than the last. Finally after 3 months they switched me to a different machine. Never get your equipment from these people, I'm currently attempting to contact the regional manager to ask why I am being charged $500 for the machine when the mask never worked from day 1. Would you believe that the regional manager hasn't called me back and the store manager, Cindy Reed, claims she doesn't have the power to help me but agrees that RoTech screwed me. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. 0 stars is a more accurate rating.

I will be contacting the Missouri department of labor Medical Fee Dispute office about this issue.

I needed some help in downloading my sleep apnea machine for report for an upcoming exam and the staff there were so nice and pleasant with a great deal information for me that I felt more confident in the knowledge of my machine and it's operations. I will definitely tell all of my friends that use their sleep apnea machines about this most excellent and wonderful place and the fine folks that work there. Shouts out to the fine and friendly people who work there... Bravo!

I want to thank Angela at Rotech of Lee's Summit - I was purchasing my CPAP supplies online but when I went on Medicare, they now cover the costs. When I initially contacted Rotech, they required me to call in to a call center to place my order. Dealing with the overseas call centers was beyond frustrating. I almost said it was not worth it and was going to continue and purchase my supplies online as in the past. I decided to try and call a local Rotech office where is met Angela - she changed my whole attitude about Rotech. The customer service and follow-up was EXCELLENT. I would HIGHLY recommend that Rotech abolish their overseas call centers and bring it back to the local operations.

I was treated with care and respect. The nice young lady went over and above to get me the help I needed. My CPAP machine stopped working. She got factory authorization for a repair/replacement and I received a loaner to boot in a matter of minutes. Just a wonderful experience. Very happy to see customer service is still alive and well. I was a bit nervous when I found out that I would need to use a machine when sleeping due to sleep apnea. I wasn't sure what to expect. When I got a call to set up the appointment, the staff was extremely friendly, kind and patient. The appointment was set up quickly and I didn't need to wait long. The directions were great. When I arrived for my appointment, the wait wasn't long and everyone was friendly. There was privacy and detailed explanation about everything and even demonstrations with how to put the parts together for the machine and mask, things I would need to worry about, things I wouldn't need to touch or worry about, how to clean everything, how to order more supplies and what to expect. They were very honest with me and that is something that is very important to me. I picked out the mask that I thought would work for me. I was told if it didn't work out that I would have 30 days to contact them and switch the mask but to give it at least a week. I set up my machine and felt confident about using it. After a week I decided that the mask wasn't for me so I called the office and they set me up right away to go in and pick up the mask I wanted to try instead. They made this extremely easy and stress free for me to do. Within a few hours, I was already back home and had everything hooked up and set up and ready to go. I really appreciate everything that Rotech has done for me so far and I look forward to working with them. This isn't an easy thing to adjust to but they have helped take a lot of stress and worry away. I will absolutely recommend them to others.

Rotech has been my DM for several years. I have always been greeted with respect by the staff. They have went beyond in providing assistance when I have needed additional tanks when my oxygen concentrator was being service. I cannot say enough about the service I have received.
