Showed up unannounced needing a new mask. Staff couldn’t have been any nicer. Provided you have all your ducks in a row paper wise in the Billings Clinic records system. I was able to get fitted for a new mask, was able to get new tubing, new filters, and was out the door in under 30 minutes. Will definitely be using them for the long term.

I was travelling from Canada today and realized I forgot my power cord. The ladies here couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. They were able to get me a cord same day. I know that was a chance of not getting one but if I lived here I’d absolutely use them for all my supplies!

Won't give an exact time for appointments. Veteran and they lied to va saying won't return calls. Any other Dr appointment you get a time for they won't saying they have drive times and can't make a time. I have a job and can't tell boss what time I need off because they don't have trustworthy people to give you an appointment and keep it.

I was traveling and left a crucial part of my CPAP mask at home. I called ahead and what I needed was set aside for when I came through town. Staff was very helpful on the phone as well as in person. I was in and out quickly so I could continue my travel. Highly recommended this place.

I just read the recent reviews and have to say that I had the exact opposite in service by Billings Oxygen & Medical Equipment. I needed a last-minute temporary oxygen concentrator and they had it at my rental property within one hour. The Billings Clinic representative was kind, efficient and professional - what more can you ask for? Perhaps they should clone the agent who assisted me - she was a lesson in excellent service.

Ordered new CPAP supplies (they confirmed address) and said it will be delivered 7-10days. 20 days later I call and they say it reached Billings it will be delivered tomorrow (confirmed address AGAIN). Approx 7days later went into office where they tell me that its been delivered to shepherd address (from 2YEARS ago) and can't issue new supplies for another 6months (unless I pay out of pocket). I have NO control over any of that. It's not MY FAULT that they are disorganized or can't do your job right. They confirmed my address twice ... My husband has RSV now and not having the proper respiratory equipment and supplies is putting extra stress on his lungs and his heart. Hope this is resolved quickly.

This company needs new leadership! We have been in Billings for a year now and every single order placed is incorrect. Missing items... given wrong items... billed for things they shouldn't. The lives of those needing to rely on specialty medical supplies is hard enough without you adding to the stress/frustration.

5 stars for the response to that blinking lights in April 2022, I was there within a short time to find them fixed! It wasn’t cheap for the electrician to find the cause but the problem was solved.

They did hear my complaint and responded decisively.
