was so kind and patient dealing with my Mom, who was tempting to find wall tile. 🙃
He helped us figure out the amount of tile needed and loaded everything up for us.
He also guided us to other supplies we may need for our project.

This store failed me as a customer four times in one week! First I told told I needed in stock cabinets only .They told me all my cabinets was there but once the delivery guy came he told me my pantry cabinet wasn't on the truck ! No one called me about it I had to hear it from a third party! Next they charged me $1,664 for a regular countertop..I went up there to fix that and get my cabinet shelves that wasn't on the truck either!! Then the shelves wasn't the right size after telling me everything was double check 🙄 I highly don't recommend this company to anyone and will never top there again!! Make sure to check your bank statement after you leave

Latwanya is our “go to” kitchen designer at Hoods, 9009 Natural Bridge. We have worked with her on several kitchen projects, for our apartment rentals. She never ceases to amaze us with her creativity. Her product knowledge is impressive. She is very personable and professional. She’s genuinely interested in our Hoods kitchen design experience. It had been a while since the last time I've been to Hoods. Was satisfied with the service I received then even more satisfied with the service I received now. Stopped in yesterday looking for this particular seeming tape I bought here years ago. A worker who I know now to be named Candice had just walked in the door with what looked to be her lunch . I know this because I walked in right behind her. I bring this up because she took her bags behind the counter but in the process spotted me looking bewildered. She left what she was doing and came to assist me. I explained the situation to her, she showed me what they have that was comparable to what I was looking for. She even took me to the counter and showed me a open roll of the tape so that I was able to examine it to see it was what I was liking for. Same product differing manufacturer. I bought a roll told Candice if it works I'll be back. Low and behold it worked. I came back, and even had the pleasure of being waited on by Candice again .I forgot to mention that the price was lower than what I expected to pay. Keep up the great customer service!!!! 👍🏽 Thanks again Candice.

The good: the prices could be very good. I have purchased some fairly nice cabinets, etc for prices that are much lower than comparable products from local stores and national outlets. The good prices and sometimes nice products were the only reason to visit Hoods.

The bad: the service. I have never before been to a store and received so much consistently rude behavior from its employees. Some became angry for simply asking for assistance. I have been talked down to several times. It happened every time I called or went there. Every time. This is not an exaggeration. If I ever go there again and I am not treated like garbage, I will be ecstatic. I used to tolerate it because of the prices.

The last time I went there the prices weren't as competitive so it was no longer worth the abysmally awful rudeness. I doubt I will ever go again.

I am dumbfounded that a store with such rude employees can survive and that others experience good service there. Maybe all the times I've gone have been the wrong day. Anyway, never again.

The Hoods store on Natural Bridge was nothing less than professional, and working with kitchen design expert Holly was over and above any help from any other businesses I consulted about kitchen design, the time we spent gathering samples of floor, backsplash, countertops and cabinet color and styles to compliment each other, and then placing the cabinets in exactly the right order to make the layout the most practical to meet my needs, and I can't say any less from any other Hoods team member I had dealings with from the business counter to the staff loading my truck, so I feel confident that the delivery of my new cabinets and countertop installation will be performed with the same professional standards I received at the store. Thanks to all the hard working folks at Hoods
