Overall great experience, I am usually a die-hard honda fan but the day I was looking for a bike honda wasn't much help and didn't have the bike I was looking for. Salesman wasn't very educated on the bike I was buying but he had told me he knew more about the mowers and powers ports equipment but they printed out a spec sheet for me. The wait to hear back from the finance company was much shorter wait than I had been told to expect, wasn't In the building for very long quick process and the guy in the parts area who I bought my gear from was also very friendly and nice, as well as helpfull. I was there about 15 minutes before closing but didn't feel rushed and left with a bike before there closing time.

I bought my Gravely Pro 72 a few years back. I have really enjoyed my mower. But the Service Dept is top notch as well. They are quick and efficient. I recommend Horizon Outdoor.

Came in for an employee discount for a UTV. After settling on a price and putting $ down to hold it until the employee paper work was complete the sales person said he had to add more to the total since I was getting a employee discount because he (sales person) got screwed out of money. He then asked if I still wanted the vehicle. At that point I felt my hands were tied. That was just part of the very unpleasant experience I had with them. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone buying a vehicle.

Mike & Kiefer are great to work with! I told them the motorcycle I wanted (even a color that was hard to find) and they were able to quickly find the exact bike I was looking for. It was located a few hours away and they went and picked it up for me. It was a very fair price too. No one in Kansas City gave me this type of service or pricing. Great place to buy from, highly recommend Horizon.

Bought a Can Am Spyder there and even though they are still a Can Am dealer, they dropped the Spyder and won't work on them anymore. This will cause me a huge headache. I read they had caused someone else this issue with another product. Beware this place!

DO NOT recommend i dropped off a quad December 8th for a full motor rebuild and just got it back today and I got home with it to find out that the motor mount was loose, there is a rattling noise in the motor and will not idle or run without dying, not to mention that when it was in the shop they never updated us on anything we had to call them to find stuff out. in December they gave us an estimate of like 2000$ and later on it went up to 2500$ and that was no big but we called again only to find out that they raised the estimeat to 2900$ and thats where things starts to confuse me. but finally we got it done and you know its pretty bad when the quad ran better before you took it to the shop. DO NOT have work done here👎
