Wish I could rate the office higher, Dr. Higa is great. But something odd is happening in office.....they've lost two hygienists in a short time, and they've cancelled appointments left and right.

Also, they very oddly will NOT send a bill any more unless you insist on it, they call you, tell you that you owe money and ask for payment. Who would pay a balance without seeing a bill to understand how insurance and any previous payment was applied first? Just very unusual.

Dr. Higa is awesome! He’s been great with our special needs son and our son has even overcome his extreme fear of going to the dentist which has been such a blessing for him and us. We are so grateful that our son now is able to get his teeth cleaned and checked without any issues

I broke off a pretty large chunk of one of my middle front teeth. I was able to get in the next day and Dr. Schaffner repaired it very quickly. It's amazing, you can't tell the tooth was ever damaged.

Was having a toothache issue. Called them on Monday. They got me in on Tuesday. Super friendly staff. Great dentist. My dentist in SF had mentioned I had 3 teeth with issues. Dr. Schaffer said there was only on item we need to watch. Saved me $$$ not needing 2 unneeded crowns.

Excellent service, professional and friendly all the staff...Dr.Sheffner very professional and Lily Gutierrez she is the best, she is very friendly and I enjoy my cleanning with her all the time my dental visit.
Dental office very clean and quiet.

My daughter and I love our dental experience at Hospitality Dental. Everyone is friendly from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists. They have brought my daughter a long way from her old days of anxiety and fear of the dentist!

They don’t pressure you or upsell, but they keep you well-informed of your dental health and give you fair warning about what may be coming around the corner, including prevention and timelines.

I searched for quite awhile for a Dentist when moving to the area. I am so happy to have Hospitality Dental as my preferred choice! They are the best and most of all never tried to sell me on procedures I DID NOT NEED. Other than a dentist I had visited before them. I have always taken very good care of my teeth and gums. Never had issues with either!

I have been coming here since I moved to the desert in 2019, originally recommended by my boss. They’ve always done a great job. My dental needs are usually confined to just routine cleaning and X-rays with an occasional filling replaced. They do a great job of everything and their back office is on-point and efficient too. I would definitely recommend them. And I have.
