I've been treated so wonderfully whenever I've been in Hour Eyes Optical. Their optometry experience is top notch (and having worn glasses for forty years, I'm picky about who I'll trust my eyes to) - plus the staff are thoughtful and considerate, have never rushed me, and have even done free adjustments on glasses I didn't purchase there (and invited me to come back if they needed another tweak!). You can tell from their demeanor that they actually care about people having comfortable and well-fitting glasses, as well as healthy eyes. Couldn't ask for more. Ten stars. Twenty. Lovely people work here. 🙂

The eye doctor was perfectly pleasant and the person who assisted me with picking out a frame was lovely. I'm a bit unimpressed with the individual who texted me that my glasses would be ready by the end of last week laughing at me for calling today to see if they were ready.

I appreciate this business's effort for high quality services, but I will likely buy online next time to avoid being laughed at for checking the status of my nearly $300 purchase.

Easy scheduling of appointment, although I did a walk-in and had a great experience . Lot of varieties of frames, best for progressive I believe, easily available parking space . We were serviced by Rebecca, she is so helpful and friendly. She helped through confirming the prescription and made it so easy finding us the right frame and opting the perfect frames. Thank you

I had the pleasure of working with Steven after losing my eyeglasses the day before we leave for a cruise out of Seattle. I called him to see if I could get same day glasses and he went above and beyond. Within 2 hours of my first call to the store, I walked out with a brand new pair of glasses and a lot less stress. If you’re in the Seattle area and ever need assistance with your glasses, I highly recommend Hours Optical!

Outstanding customer service. Today Steve spent considerable time (and skills!) repairing my frame which had a sheared screw causing a lens to fall out. I entirely depend on these glasses for vision both near and far. And there was no charge. He also realigned the frame which was bent and warped. Outstanding! Thank you Steve!
