I needed a last minute IV session to prevent dehydration post surgery. I wasn't getting enough fluids at home and they had an immediate opening . The environment is very relaxing and the infusion chair is so comfortable. The nurse was so kind and knowledgeable, I will definitely return again!

I have been battling a severe cold and realized I needed good hydration and vitamins to battle it. I went to the Hydration Room in RSM and am so glad I did. I received a Cold and Flu IV drip and quickly started to feel the effects. I'm writing this the next day and can feel a significant difference. Amanda was fantastic! She set me at ease and administered the IV all while prioritizing my comfort. The whole experience was awesome and I highly recommend it to anyone needing hydration or a boost in targeted supplementation.

My nurse Jeff work very good. He work fast, friendly, intelligent and had a very good sense of humor. He did above and beyond.. my fatigue and I went to this branch and the drive worth it.

The only one thing that I am suggesting are
1. Needs a room that couples or family stayed for a group service.

2. Front desk receptionist talked too loud and you can hear those stories, personal topics that she is discussing with other people in front. You can't relax.

Professionalism and level of care is amazing. Im a tricky IV to get started and its slow but everyone checks on me and makes me feels comfortable. I always feel so much better and refreshed when i get my IV therapy. Thank You

I recently had a stomach bug that left me feeling drained just days before an international business trip. Desperate for a quick recovery, I initially went to a hydration room in Mission Viejo, only to be told after a 30-minute wait that no clinician was available to administer an IV. Frustrated, I called The Hydration Room in Rancho Santa Margarita from my car, and they informed me that they could see me immediately.

I drove the 10 minutes to RSM and was greeted by two very friendly staff members who were eager to help me get back to 100% before my trip. They quickly administered the IV, and within an hour, I felt like myself again.

This was my first experience using these services, and I was thoroughly impressed. I would 100% return to this location if I ever need to supplement my body to feel better. The professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care I received made all the difference.

I have done IV a lot over the years in other locations. Today is my first time here but plan on making it a regular part of my health program. The staff is great and helped me make some choices for my program to stay healthy.

You go in not feeling great and walk out knowing you will be feeling, back to normal, just like that. 100% better than waiting in the ER room for hours to get answers. Hydration unfortunately, affects all of us, even more so as we age.
