I am dissatisfied with the service. I went in for an eye exam and after it the manager there suggested that I get progressive lenses. Just to be clear, I originally wanted reading glasses only but she strongly suggested to get progressive lenses. I got the glasses but I could not get used to it so I returned and told them that I only use it for reading. The lady said that it will be changed to non adapt which she did not explain clearly that it will be for distance. One of the diagnoses of the doctor was that I was far sighted so why would I need lenses for distance? So when I got my glasses a second time, I could not use it for reading which is what I wanted. I went back and told them about it and the lady there just said that there is nothing she can do since I have used up my benefits. I called my insurance and asked about the 300 dollars vision benefit and was told that it goes toward the frame, the lens with the coating protection for ultra violet rays , bifocals
and the eye exam. We paid 234 dollars for the progressive lens with transition which is now in the wind since I have glasses that I cannot use. I did not get an itemized receipt of the charges which I should have asked for. I would advise people who come to this eye place to be cautious and be very clear on what you want as well as ask for an itemized receipt on what you are paying for.

I have been coming here for years. After every pair of glasses ?, I'm so thankful I CAN SEE CLEARLY!! You must try the progressive lens instead of getting bifocals ?! Trust me it makes a difference. Keep up the great work you all. I love it here ?

I was very disappointed with my Optics about the problems with my glasses and decided to find another, and one year ago, I stop by at I see clearly to fix the frame of my glasses, and while I waited for my frame I heard the lady at phone confirming an appointed with the eye doctor with a customer, and asked her if they accept health insurance, what she confirmed, and I made my exam with a very good doctor, have my new glasses and felt so lucky for found this place with two ladies so kind. I returned this January. I highly recommend this small place with so huge attention to the customers!

I love coming to this doctors office I appreciate the help of the staff especially Maleeka her services were so helpful and she is kind , and also the patience of the doctor, I've had bad experiences with eye doctors and receiving the wrong prescription for my glasses before but I'm so glad I found Eye See Clearly Honestly the BEST !!!! I even recommended my family to come here 🙂

The doctor here is excellent, but the business end is terrible! I read another review here that should have warned me, but I wanted to give them a chance. After doing that and more, I can tell you that you do not want to get involved with these people. I waited over a month for my glasses because they made a couple of errors and then I was told they would be providing me with a set of trial contacts at no charge because they manufacturers provide them for free to the optometrists. When they came in they told me I could not have them unless I paid shipping. I was previously told there would be no cost. They told me they have been struggling in business because of COVID but the reason they are struggling is they do not act with integrity. I ignored the review on here from the gentlemen who could not get his prescription, and I wish I had paid attention. Save yourself the frustration and go for a more reputable option.

In response to Miss Clark's response... the wrong trial contacts were initially ordered as confirmed by Acuvue. I was told there would be no charge for the correct trials since you receive them at no cost from Acuvue. When they came in you tried to charge me $20 for the contacts you receive for free. I would not object to this if it was stated up front, but I was told, by you, that there would be no charge. This is why I have accurately stated the business is not acting in integrity, as pointed out by other customer reviews posted here.

If I could leave a negative 5 stars it will do no justice for the way this company operates!!!! The owner is the BIGGEST liar you’ll ever meet. Shes stealing from the insurance companies and lying about it. It’s been a year since i went to her for contacts and I still haven’t received anything, she lied saying she order them but now is saying I don’t pay for them. The insurance paid for my glasses and I paid for the contact lenses. I really try to look out for the smaller companies but I regret the day I walked in that place. She has the most unprofessional business ever, please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!

Great eye store. Malika was great. She went the extra mile in helping me with my insurance which was already confusing. Very professional and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
