Dr. Samuels and the entire staff at IC Optique are highly competent and efficient. My eye exam was comprehensive and Dr Samuels took time to explain everything and answer my questions. The glasses I ordered were rather expensive but are the best I have ever had. Well worth the price. My vision now is better than any time in the past ten years. I highly recommend IC Optique.

I chose a small business to get more personalized service and I'm so thankful that's what I received. My contact lens requirements were not easy to obtain however Dr. Samuels allowed me to try different solutions until we obtained the best outcome for my situation. Everyone in the office is very friendly and I would recommend you try them out!

I am a new patient and had a great experience. It’s clear, Dr. Kathy and her staff care about the health of each patient. They take extra care to keep the office environment clean and safe. Everyone in the office is very professional and kind. Dr. Kathy preformed a very detailed exam and took time to go over everything with me. I highly recommend this office.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Kathy and the office staff. So positive that I brought my elderly Dad in for an exam and glasses, even though we had to pay out of pocket for out of network service. We spent more than $1,200 on exams and glasses. I was not given a copy of my prescription as I now understand is required by the FTC. I called and asked for my prescription and received a copy with no issues. However, when I asked for my pupillary distance the office staff was extremely rude. They refused to give it to me and while the law on PD is vague they should provide it as a courtesy and their rude response was uncalled for.

They said they will not provide it because it would allow me to take my prescription elsewhere. The truth is I do want to buy a cheap pair of glasses (online) that I can use to take to the beach or other locations where I don't want to scratch or lose my very expensive prescription reading glasses. It is my choice and my medical record, which I paid for as part of my exam. I will not be back to this office and don't recommend it.

I visited IC Optique for the 1st time today and my experience with Dr Kathy and her team was exceptional. They made me feel like a was a tenured customer. Dr Kathy was very detailed while explaining the results of my exam. The office was clean and they took extra precautions to ensure the environment was safe during this pandemic.
