Extremely professional. I came in for glass adjustments for a very delicate rimless glasses that cannot be adjusted elsewhere. They fit the glasses perfectly with my face shape and size. I highly recommend this place. Highly trained Chinese workers are the best!

I came here on a weekend to try out some glasses and they had a wide assortment of them.

My husband and I tried on a bunch and ended up liking some glasses and started discussing pricing with the associates. They pulled up my insurance plan really quickly and printed out the information of what was covered and what wasn’t. They were able to give me exact dollar amounts and that was really helpful. They told me that they needed to get my prescription along with insurance info to submit the glasses to the insurance. There’s even an option to do a same day eye appointment if needed, which I really liked.

I feel that the associates there are really specialized, and they could very quickly tell the differences between their lens. I specifically got the Ray-Ban’s clubmasters and I spoke to them about the different widths of the glasses and they were able to recommend me the best one for my face. I worked with Steven and I felt that he was super knowledgeable. I think going forward I will always come here for glasses and lens in the future. I’ve been recommend this place to my colleagues since I came.

I recently spent several days in New York and needed to get my eyes examined and pair of sunglasses with degrees. I found this fantastic eyeglass shop, and I must say, it's the best experience I've ever had with eyeglasses. The eye examination was thorough, and they shipped the glasses to my address. The new eyeglasses are incredibly comfortable, almost like my natural eyes. I'll definitely visit again for another pair of glasses for work the next time I'm in New York.

I love how this shop had a nice selection of frames. The staff greeted me and they seemed very eager to help. I was not too fond of Steve’s condescending attitude after I asked him about my insurance being accepted. I got the impression that he wanted to turn my business away, even after telling him what my plan covers. I’m sure the service would have been better if my plan was covered. I don’t think I plan to give this place my business after the encounter. It’s disappointing because the establishment is modern and they have a variety of eyewear to choose from. Attitude matters in customer service.

Very please with this eyewear place! Been looking for glasses for my mom for the longest and immediately Steve, our sale person, picked not only one but two.

I definitely recommend this place, great customer service with no pressure added. They also give a two weeks exchange should you change your mind.
