I really love coming here for my eye exams. Everyone that works there is so friendly. Dr. Seutter does a very comprehensive exam and keeps you informed on the differences from your last visit, and explains things very well. I feel getting the retinal imaging exam is well worth the $29 so you get a more in depth look into your eye health.

I had an eye exam there a week ago today. First impression seemed like a posh place i had to go there because i got new health insurance and needed to get an eye exam done. Now when i first got there it was fine small but friendly. But when i went in for my exam the nurse that was helping me at first seemed nice and wanted to help me nice right No. She tried to get me to take a full photo of my eye cool that’s fine but it’s not covered by my insurance (it costed 30 or 40 dollars out of pocket) after i declined her whole demeanor changed she got short and annoyed. Then took me to the exam room asking about my personal history family history etc no issues there! But as i was trying to explain she kept cutting me off and getting annoyed i couldn’t elaborate on certain information that was needed for health chart. (Information my grandparents only knew at this point) once this was done the actual eye doctor came in. She was nice and didn’t give me a hard time for anything was professional and worked with me.
Once i got out to look at the glasses they weren’t budget friendly even the frames they had under “200” were not budget friendly. In the end i had to take a receipt of my prescription eye exam home this where things get not so friendly. I needed my dist PD/near PD (the measure to level your glasses to your pupils to your nose line so it doesn’t look lopsided. ) i called them the day after my exam asking for the measurements and they told me no i needed to come back and pay 20 dollars!! To get that information done and told. I thought it was absurd!! Never had this issue before why is it one now? So i called again today asking for it because it is INCLUDED IN YOUR EYE EXAM !!! Glasses or not. They gave me the same run around i need to come out there and get it measured and pay 20 dollars. Not happening so i called my previous eye doctor and asked them for one my information i needed. And TWO! If that was normal for people to charging this they told me no. It’s not normal they are scamming you and no other company should be charging 20 dollars to have that done which would take them 2 seconds!!!!!!!! They’ve never heard of this issue before in ANY other business that conducts eye exam. Stay away from this place it’s a scam to get extra money. Withhold information that they’ve done already on you just to get an extra buck. Terrible people terrible bosses and terrible TERRIBLE attitude to help the people they are “serving” don’t go here save your money and go somewhere else.

Online scheduling was super easy as a new patient! Check-in, my exam, picking out new glasses, and check out was smooth and everyone in the office is very friendly! I was in and out from beginning to end in under an hour!

Dr Seutter is amazing. Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she is very personable. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and needs. I also love coming to In Vision Eye Care because of their unique retina image technology. It saves me a the hassle of having my eyes dilated at the ophthalmologist due to my lattice degeneration. Lisa, the optometrist assistant, is also very professional and kind. The front office is always welcoming and issues your prescriptions in a timely manner. Thanks for being awesome and providing exceptional customer service!

I have been a patient and a customer of Dr. Staatz for well over 5 plus years. I have remained a loyal patient becuase of the personalized treatment I recieve from him and his fantastic staff.
My favorite thing about the practice is the technology. He uses a machine to take a picture of your eye. This is visual record of your eye health.
I'm in an industry where eye damage could occur. Having these records going back over my history to me is a value and peace of mind that I cannot get at many optometrist.
I highly recommend the In Vission eye care Team!

When I visit In Vision Eyecare it has been great. My first impression is a clean environment. The staff greet me with a friendly smile and kindness. The care I receive from Dr. Staatz has been exceptional. The doctor is calm, does thorough eye exams everytime I visit the clinic, consistently takes time to explain the proper way to care for my dry eyes. He always treats me with respect. Overall I am really happy with the level of care and eventhough he spends a lot of time with me, he charges a minimal fee because the clinic is out of network from my insurance.

I won't go anywhere else. I am very happy with my care there. Not overly expensive like other places I have been. Friendly and helpful staff.
