My husband and I are content with the high level of care provided by Dr. Patel and his assistant. Dr. Patel's assistant Chloe greeted us promptly with a welcoming and friendly demeanor. Although we were the last appointments of the day, Dr. Patel did not rush and devoted ample time to clear explanations and addressed all our concerns thoroughly. My appointment at Infinity Eye Care in Jefferson was my absolutely best ever. Chloe at the front office was an absolute gem. Warm greeting and a smile to make me feel so very welcome and appreciated. She walked me through my glasses selection and patiently assisted me with my selection. Dr Patel the Optometrist was great to work with and really took the time to explain everything he did and provide steps going forward for my specific needs.
I never felt rushed throughout the visit.
I 100% recommend this Eye Care service to anyone looking for quality care with a very caring team.

I took my 4 year old daughter for an eye exam today. The staff was absolutely incredible! Dr Patel was so kind, patient and informative. He spoke to my daughter in a way that was appropriate for her age level so she knew exactly what he was doing the whole time and it helped calm her nerves. Dr. Patel is very professional and takes the time to explain everything!! He found an issue with one of my eyes (Retina tear) that needed a specialist to look at, due to the critical nature he was able to get me an appointment that same day!!! I appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness!!! That said, it’s in a great location too!!

Dr Patel was very professional, did a great job of calming my anxiety by taking time to examine my eyes and assuring me that my eyesight hasn’t deteriorated. Recommending the Optase moist heat mask is the best, it really soothes my eyes and I have enjoyed applying them.
The receptionist was helpful too. She assisted me in finding a nice frame for my glasses. Thank you.

Dr. Patel and the staff were incredible. My husband and I came in as a walk-in and they were able to fit us in within an hour. Dr. Patel explained everything in detail, and options for the both of us with our exam. We will be using Infinity Eye Care for all our eye appointments moving forward.

This was my first visit. They came highly recommended from a family member. The Lady who runs the front is such a nice person. The Doc is great. He didn’t mind taking a few minutes to explain everything to me. They are both kind and generous and didn’t hurry anything. It was nice to be treated well after experience from my old Doc I had seen for over 20+ years. I have found a new eye Dr.

I absolutely loved my experience today at Infinity Eye Care. It was so fast! And the Dr explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. The facility was clean and orderly. They gave me my glasses and contact prescription without me having to schedule another appointment to come back.! Much better than renew vision!! I highly recommend this eye care. Very thankful for their services.
