Always very clean, and I love the bakery, deli, and fresh fruit section. I always get some weird sense of nostalgia when I shop at ingles lol. It’s a little more difficult to see the savings than it is at other stores, but they’re definitely there. I really like the varied selection and the fresh made stuff from in store like chicken salad, guacamole, tortilla chips, popcorn, biscuits, and the Mexican cornbread muffins. Despite how it sounds, I promise this is not a paid advertisement (but @Ingles, I wouldn’t be upset if y’all would like to slide a little money my way)…

I go mainly for the bananas (you can get a bag of ripened bananas for $2.00) and their amazing baked goods. They have some of the best donuts, cookies, cakes, and pies that you’ll ever find in a grocery store; although I did find hair in a donut once. One thing I love about Ingles is that they carry items that other grocery stores don’t and they have decent sales on items I enjoy. I do not recommend getting fresh produce from here. The vegetables and fruits are far from fresh. Most of them look like they’ve been sitting in crates for a while before they are put on the shelves. The customer service is decent. Not overly friendly but good folks work there. I have to go out of my way to come here but it’s worth it.

They have great sales, just like other grocery stores. The customer service & grocery pickup are different than other pickup grocery stores. They did forget an item but when I called they said I could come back and get it but didn't offer to refund it despite me living over 30min away.

At 6:00 p.m. the hot bar food, which was still out and available was overheated by the heat lamps and tasted left out too long. They didn't replace with fresh food. The popcorn shrimp was rock hard and horrible. Shame on them for selling me and serving me dried up rock hard popcorn shrimp.

Great store, clean and well stocked. Employees were super friendly and approachable. The deli was very clean compared to some other Ingles. Their selection on fruit and vegetables were quite extensive as well compared to others. The frozen food isle was tidy with no items scattered in places they shouldn't be. The meat section was well stocked.

Used to love this store but the last few months there is rotten produce and other expired items.
Not worth the visit if I have to run up the road to Kroger to finish my shopping.

Weekly sales. Just about everything I need can be found. Donuts are always fresh. Make sure you pick up some of that fried chicken on the hot foods.
