From the front office all the way thru the experience... I have nothing but good things to say. Garrett at the front desk is great at his job, and the young lady that ran my insurance ( I didnt get her name ) took the time to get the best deal for my insurance - and even price matched in order bring down my out of pocket cost. It is rare to get such great customer service anymore. Kudos! AND... Dr. Bozsa is wonderful and easy to talk to as well.

Dr. Troyer was so kind and made sure to explain everything he was doing. He was very personable and made me feel like we were going to best friends haha! The office staff Dean and Hannah were also fantastic. They were warm and welcoming even though they were short staffed. I HIGHLY recommend this business!

Dr Troyer is amazing. Very knowledgeable and personable. I didn’t feel rushed and he answered all my questions. Also, picking out the frames for me is usually the worst part of the experience. However, there is a person there now who is the Tim Gunn of eyewear! He was amazing! He took one look at me and picked out a frame and that was the one! He did the same for my husband. Usually picking out a frame is such a painstaking process but it was so easy. He was also very knowledgeable and knew all the details of my plan. It was such a great experience I can’t wait until my next appointment!

I’m 23 and have been coming here since my preteen years. I’ve never once had a bad experience. I’ve seen a few different drs and every one has been patient and kind. Receptionists are always nice and helpful! I even lived in Lawrence for a few years and would drive back every year for my annual eye exam. Would absolutely recommend!!

If you decide to go here for contacts or a second pair of glasses make sure that they are actually running your insurance! I was here last march and got glasses and fitted for contacts, when I called to order my contacts i made sure to tell them I had second pair of glasses/contacts coverage and they were over $300 which seemed expensive so I gave it a couple days then called my insurance to make sure there was a claim and guess what… they never charged my insurance!!! And yeah my insurance covered $200 off my contacts. I got in contact with the manager she apologized about the situation and said to call once I received my contacts for a $200 refund. I called once I received them and she said she had to see how she was gonna do this and never called me back..I waited a week nothing I called to leave a message and still nothing. Running an insurance claim is something simple when they already have the info. Just beware!

I was very impressed. I was wearing one contact with mediocre vision. Dr. Bozsa showed me that I could wear two contacts and improve my close up and far away vision. Now, my night vision is so much better and far away vision is very crisp and clear. So grateful that she took the time to help me find a better solution to seeing better!
