Pathetic Experience and felt like they just wanted to make money without providing any service at all.

It is ridiculous of you to send me a bill without providing any service.

I called specifically to book an appointment only if this facility does a blood test. I was told that it does. When I visited the facility, apart from filling out form and weighing my weight, I was provided with details of Quest Diagnostics because guess what (no blood test in the facility). So, now you are charging me $100 for what? What service did you provide that was worth $100? First you lied about blood test on the facility, second you did not check anything and just redirected me to the diagnostic lab.

I would like to see this rectified and the bill removed.

I had a very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment and arrived on time, only to be informed that they had forgotten to prepare the test. I was given the option to either wait an hour for them to get it ready or reschedule for another day. While the doctor was kind and did her best to resolve the situation, the oversight had already occurred, resulting in hours of wasted patient's time due to this unprofessional behavior

Do not go there for your USCIS appointment, except if you want to have to call their hotline several times over weeks to get things done and access the information you need. (A lot of my review might require a bit of background knowledge on the USCIS medical procedure).

My initial appointment was effortless and straightforward, the doctor and nurses were great, but everything after has been a nightmare, having to call several times a week to get the information about what I have to do (e.g., which vaccines based on testing, when they needed a new passport photo). I was told I would be called back for an update, but I never was. And because they never gave me any proof of vaccination for the two shots I got, I haven't even been able to go to another provider and been stuck with them. Don't go there if you are on a timeline for your application and don't enjoy having to call several times to get the information the clinic was supposed to provide you with or reach out to you about (people on the phone were all very polite but of frankly varying degrees of competence, including one that mentioned things that were medically plain wrong and that you can check on Google in 3 seconds).

Went in for a skin infection. The nurse practitioner, Sujitra, was very nice. Was a doctor in Thailand but immigrated to US and became a nurse practitioner. Was very concerned about my health. Asked about my medical history so she could assess my risk for treatment. After I told her all my labs were normal, she prescribed appropriate medications and explained to me very well what the treatment plan was. Got treatment with prescriptions for more antibiotic pills and ointment. All for $179. Very reasonable.

My experience was far from satisfactory. During the COVID test, the staff was so rough that it caused my nose to bleed, which was quite distressing. To make matters worse, the doctor who attended to me was extremely arrogant and showed no sympathy for my situation. The lack of empathy and professionalism made an already uncomfortable situation even more unbearable. I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking medical care.
