Pretty good experience, I have no complaints. The doctor speaks a little fast, but honestly felt like that was one of the best eye exams I ever had and honestly knew what was going on. Their lens selection is good, many options to choose from and I’m excited for mine to come in soon.

I’ve lived in the NWA area most of my adult life and had no clue where to go for eye care. Luckily my girl Elizabeth hooked me up with her clinic and was BEYOND helpful. I hadn’t had an eye appointment in a minute and she even came into the appt with me and helped me communicate what I was wanting from my new optometrist. I’ve got good vision, no doubt , but had concerns and wanted to make sure I was in the right hands.

I highly recommend this clinic for all your eye care needs - it’s clean , comfortable and overall you’ll have a very enjoyable and affordable experience.

Well it started out alright. The doctor himself was very nice. Well I was treated nicely initially. Not great actually. I've been treated better in Walmart eyewear. Maybe because they deal with people's insurance. Obviously Invision must be paid in cash mostly. I had just gotten a pair of glasses December 31st. I didn't have any money left for the month so for 1 pair of glasses it cost over $400 and she kept trying to boost it up but actually I hadn't eaten the last 10 days because everything is going up but social security. Anyway I finally was able to get the girl to bring it in right at $400 and when I just picked them up they were very tight. Cutting my ears. Plus I needed the softer nose guards and Elizabeth said they don't carry them. I told her that I was able to always get them at Walmart and I was surprised such a prestigious store didn't carry softer nose guards. She told me I should go to Walmart and have them help me. I told her I didn't spend $400 at Walmart for 1 pair of glasses. She proceeded to tell me that I didn't pay anything for the glasses. The insurance company paid for them. Well I really appreciated her input. I wonder how her insurance works. She must not pay into it because I paid into mine for years. Ntm she had a problem with my service dog and was very rude about it. I will never return to Invision.
