I've been going here for years, I was a former patient of Dr. Hull who I loved, I continued to even after he retired, the staff is GREAT, EFFICIENT, and not only professional but sincerely care about their patients. Today I met our new Dr. Rodriguez who truly impressed with with her thoroness and compassion. I am always impressed with the short wait time. So 2 thumbs up for Crescent City Island Doctors.

I have been going to Island Doctors in Crescent City since I moved here in October of 2017. Suddenly they would not carry my insurance next year. It is sad. I really like the care the doctors there gave me.

My friend has a weekly visit from nurse Madison Blackwelder and she noticed swelling in my friends arm. She made a call and he was seen that day .
Dr. Berry again was Top Notch Professional. He addressed this issue with the upmost care, even asking for immediate turnaround to rule out blood clots ( my friend has a history )
Between Madison Blackwelder and Dr Michael Berry- the speed and care has me convinced that my friend is getting the best care possible.
Nurse Blackwelder noticed the swelling- I didn't. She was right on top of things.
This firm and the staff are second to none.
Nurse Blackwelder- shout out - great job.
Dr. Berry - you are a very talented and caring individual- your care is second to none

Just moved from South Florida and my friends insurance said they are in his Plan.
Dr Berry takes his job extremely seriously.
I have never seen a Doctor this dedicated to his profession.
Nurse Ashley is amazing and has a great way of making you feel comfortable and cared about.
Tammy was Awesome in her attentiveness and prompt at resolving a issue that arose .
I wish I could give 10 stars.
If you are covered insurance wise and want some real attention to detail..

Best service by the doctors and staff I have ever experienced . I also brought my parents in to be stablish and they love it. Dr. Berry !wow! what a doctor . Amazing. Ashley what a sweet hart and the rest of the staff great people Karen up front , I tell you all of them . Amazing people I don't know everyone's names yet cuz I am so bad remembering names but in four years I haven't got anything but great service . Thank you to all of them and God bless our nurses and health care people.

Dr. Hull is terrific. After talking to other people in town, I have found that I am not the only one to experience the nurse from hell.

On top of that, they have told me that they will only accept Humana, even though I have been an established patient by the office manager. Is that legal I guess I will have to check with Blue Cross.

I have been going to Island Doctors for almost a year now and am terribly disappointed in the care and courtesy! It apears if you dont stay on top of your own medical needs nothing gets done.
I will be looking for a new Doctor soon!
My advice is go elsewhere.

They don't accept champva, insurance for our 100% disabled veterans' families. I have already expressed my concerns with them by phone. Their canned responses are impersonal.

I have been seeing Dr. M. J. R. For over 10yrs. I have never trusted any other Dr as much as I do her. I am extremely comfortable leaving my well being in her hands. Mainly because she is very knowledgeable and takes the time to go over and explains everything to where I understand exactly what my condition is and explains my medicines. ?
