First time compression stocking user and I needed them for a 14 hour flight. They didn’t have my size so they were ordered weeks in advance. After some time I called and the stockings had been delivered but they couldn’t find them. So they were reordered with expedited delivery. After hearing nothing again I called and the stockings were expected to be delivered the day after my flight which is far from expedited service. No one ever called me. I had to take the initiative in this whole process. I wouldn’t call the staff rude but they are far from friendly.

First of all their website is full of misinformation. The phone number for the Divisadero is wrong. The hours that the list as being open is wrong. When I finally got through to someone on the phone I inquired about their AVS/cpap machines which the have listed as several different models in their website, the so called cpap specialist tells me "we don't have those".

These poor folks have no freaking idea what they're doing. Their Divisadero store changed its hours in March 2020. I'm writing this in July 2022, and their website still hasn't been updated. When I got to their store on Geary, a product I'd phoned ahead to confirm availability, and very clearly described, was not to be found. A saleslady insisted that another product was what I was looking for. I won't bore you with the details, but it was kind of embarrassing watching her blather. This review is for buying compression socks. The brand they offer is mediocre and the prices are 30% higher than online stores. When I wanted to return an unopened package of off-the-shelf socks less than 2 weeks after purchase, she would not take them back. She was also unable to order more performant brands. No value-add here. Measure your own calf and order online.

Arrived. A prescription for a manual wheel chair and was told immediately that they do not honor medicare insurance and i would need to try done where else?!, how does a medical supply company not accept Medicare.
