I just wanted to share this review. I really like Allison. She is so sweet. She always makes me feel comfortable when I come in to pickup medication. You are blessed to have her in your employ. I really appreciate the way that she explains my medication and renewals.

What makes a good pharmacy? Home deli? Yelp Having the dedicated staff? Yes product quantity? Yes knowledgeable saff? Yes competitive pricing? Yes all these are great things that they have yet what about going the extra mile for a customer? Just after my few days in hospital the doctor wanted me to go home in these special stockings the owner heard of the need and brought them up and left them with security- going the extra mile takes you on miles as a customer.

No weekend hours. Medication is due for a refill on the weekend and they won't give it to you ahead of time. Just had surgery and it's pain medication.
Mike the pharmacist that came from Warsaw Walmart is the problem!
Would recommend moving your prescriptions to another pharmacy. I moved my prescriptions to Warsaw Walmart and it's half the price then J&D pharmacy.

I love J & D Pharmacy. I had to switch from Walmart because they were too often out of things. I’ve never had that happen at J & D.

The employees are all so very nice and helpful. I’ve never had to wait in a long line to get my prescriptions, and I recently found out that they deliver. I’ve just recently become wheelchair bound and cannot get to the pharmacy right now.

The delivery service was just wonderful. I am embarrassed that I forgot the lady’s name, but she brought my prescriptions to my door and was just the nicest lady.

Thanks for being there for me J & D. Getting my meds when I need them is critical for some of them. I never worry now.

We haven't been able to get my son's medication for 3 weeks at our previous pharmacy. The pharmacist, Andrew at J & D Trucecare Pharmacy was able to help us out and get my son's medicine. Everyone was incredibly helpful and so kind. They went over and beyond to help us get what we needed for my son. Truly grateful for Andrew and the staff here at J & D, we will definitely be using them for now on.

Only good thing about this pharmacy is they have a drive-thru. They’re only open on weekdays and they don’t proactively text you or in any way inform you that your prescriptions are low and refill them like other pharmacies. So if you find yourself out of a prescription at the end of the week, you have to wait until the beginning of the following weekday to get your prescription filled - or longer if Monday happens to be a holiday. ☹️
Also when you go to use the automated system to refill your prescriptions, it always says your prescription numbers are invalid. Can getting prescription refills be any more inconvenient!!

10/10 would not recommend. I moved from a big city, and I always strive to give local businesses my money! I had a prescription sent here. I came an hour after my appointment, and they told me it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. It's totally understandable! I came back 2 hours later and got told once again that it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I told the lady I was there 2 hours ago and was already told this. She pretty much was like, "Oh well, that sucks. It will be ready in 15-20 minutes." I didn't wait around as I had a fever and was super sick. I don't recommend coming here if you want to pick up your prescription in a timely manner.
