Best beauty supply and more store in the A. I recommend them to all my clients and they drive from wherever they live to shop here. Why? The prices doesn't include all the overhead and more like most beauty supply stores do. Then the customer service matches the quality products and prices always! I've been shopping with them for over 10yrs and shall continue 🙂 Thanks J&J!

I normally don't give reviews but I went into J & J Beauty Supply store today to purchase a wig for the first time and I had the best experience.

The young lady that assisted me was extremely helpful, patient and professional. I don't know the young lady's name but her knowledge of the store's inventory and knowing how to place and style the wigs I tried on made my first experience with buying a wig a very pleasant one!

Also, I had to pick up a few other hair care products and J & J had everything I needed very neatly stocked and organized.

I highly recommend J & J Beauty Supply store with all of your beauty product needs.

I FREQUENT this Beauty supply store because it is convenient and they have a large selection. But if you were looking for good customer service from the owners/Asian workers, you are at the wrong place. I am here on a regular basis . So much so that they know my face. At Christmas time they give a calendar with 10% off coupons. I spend hundreds of dollars here a month. Today I spent over $50 and used one of those coupons. I went to my car and realized I forgot something so I went back in to pick up those couple of things. The girl at the register says, weren’t you just in here? I said yes, actually I was but I forgot a couple things. Can you apply that coupon? Of course she says no. That’s just not good customer service to me. The discount would have only been $1.30 but it’s about the principle. They care nothing about customer service.
