I absolutely love this store! My husband is a truck driver, and he needed a hard hat ASAP. We pulled in and bought two. You can not beat their prices. Highly recommend, and it's locally owned. The lady even had her girls working with her. Best work gear store I have found!

Great shop! I was looking for hi-vis gear for field surveying, I was kindly helped, finding the item I wanted. I needed multiples in different sizes -The attendant was able to order them with no shipping cost to me.

Small "work wear" shop, but the customer service is amazing. Owned by a husband and wife. The prices were good, and the stock on hand was plenty. There was one item that I mentioned, that they don't have, but will look into the possibility of having it in stock (511 work pants).

Definitely will return for any work gear I'll need.

Ladies! Choices of work shoes and boots are slim pickings for my taste and budget.
I found a store to answer the questions, offer suggestions, double check the order before I leave and even offer me a set of boots on loan while mine make their way to the store receiver!
These folks didn't mind staying an extra few minutes to get my needs met!
Customer service is NOT a priority for many big chain stores today. Not so at Pipe Line!! I love getting value out of my dollar! I'm so happy my son and friends suggested it.

Went in today for a pair of boots for my husband. Small selection but the lady in the front was helpful and patient especially due to the fact that we brought out two kids in. Small store but decent enough for what we need. My husband is more than pleased with his new boots so we will be back.

I ordered two pairs of Georgia Boots on July 02, 2020. Today’s date is December 07, 2020. I understand Covid has made things tough on businesses. My order wasn’t placed properly. Then I was given several different dates to expect my purchase to arrive. First date was mid August, which turned into September and then turned into December. The business has yet to make things right. In fact, every time I speak to them they act like they can’t remember this order. This is funny because last time I was there she promised to keep an eye my order. Yet I speak to the same person every time. Most places would have at least offered my money back by now. Instead the business tells me I just have to wait with no real apology. The lack of ownership and customer service is disgraceful. At some point I wasn’t the owner at the time of your purchase is not a valid excuse anymore. You bought the company and its business, my business. I remember when this was a reputable company and this would never have happened. I could walk in with a pair of beat up boots; and the gentleman running the store knew exactly what brand and size they were without asking. I’m sure after reading this I will be offered a refund. A refund doesn’t speak to waiting six months for boots. I want what I’ve paid for and to be treated like my business matters.

The boots we purchased are great, the owner Mark Owens is very friendly, we were treated like friends not just a sell. His customer service is the reason that we will continue to do business here. Working at Plant Vogtle its very difficult to get GOOD QUALITY required boots and attire. Its great to know that our needs are a continuous concern of a business.

Great place and great customer service I called ahead and they stayed open for me to purchase a pair of thorogoods .great boots at a fair price along with a 20% discount for being a union member!
