After suffering a loss from fire a few months ago, my family and I were devastated financially trying to rebuild and repair. But thanks to the amazing people that work at the Habitat ReStore. our experience with this house fire a little bit more bearable and I thank God that I walked into that store and met those wonderful people....

Fantastic Experience at Jackson County Habitat for Humanity ReStore!
I’ve been shopping at the Jackson County Habitat for Humanity ReStore for about a year now, and I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service and the incredible treasures I've found. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and Nikki, in particular, is a standout—she’s sweet, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. On several occasions I’ve noticed Lauren bringing items to the floor and she always greets me and gives me a warm smile.
What I love most is that every purchase I make goes beyond just bringing home beautiful, high-quality items; it also supports the ReStore’s mission of building more homes for families in need. It feels great knowing that my purchases contribute to such a meaningful cause!
Recently, I had the pleasure of volunteering for their playhouse builds, where I spent time with the awesome leadership team: Ellie, Guy, Chad, Nikki and Tyonna. They are all incredibly dedicated to making a real difference in Jackson County, and I’m so glad I got to be a part of their efforts.
If you’re looking for household items, unique finds, or simply want to support a great cause, I highly recommend dropping by the ReStore. You’ll find something amazing, and it’s all for a fantastic cause. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

I used to love this store under old management. They were wonderful, friendly and made you feel so welcomed.
The new management and staff are quite rude and unwelcoming. What happened to good customer service? It’s as if their mission is to turn you away and not come back.
This is just bad business practice!!!
Also, the prices have gone up quite significantly!!!
This is a shame!!!

This place you would be better off going Pottery barn the prices are just the same.if you’re looking for good Price Furniture the one located in Athens ,much friendlier and are always willing to work with you with the prices….

When I first started going into this store I thought it was great. It was affordable and they have nice stuff. I've bought several things from them. When I went in there less than a month ago, I was in shock...STICKER SHOCK! I always thought that Habitat for Humanity was supposed to help people who couldn't afford to shop in the big name stores AS WELL AS taking the money to help build homes for underprivileged people. The items are all donated for those purposes... both purposes on both ends. I couldn't believe it when I saw sticker prices in the thousands of dollars. Recliner chairs $2000+, dining room chairs $150+ each, dressers $1500+. What a shame! When I said something to the guy that works there, he said that it's going to a good cause (which I understand). I said "What about the shoppers who are on small or tight budgets, people on financial aid, that come in here to furnish their homes while on a small budget... he said to me... and I quote..."There's the door, if you don't like it then shop somewhere else". I couldn't believe my ears! I'll never go back!😡

I have spent lots of money at this store months ago with the old management, the prices were great and the staff was amazing. Now the prices are insane, everything is overpriced even damaged items. You can shop at the restore in winder on saturdays and get brand new Pottery Barn furniture thats not damaged for half the price or even less than half and better selection. Rugs and couches for $2,000, when these items were donated. You can also shop down the road at the christian outreach in commerce and get Havertys furniture brand new for half the price. You can honestly shop at the Pottery Barn outlet store and find cheaper stuff.

The prices are above the roof. I got a huge west elm couch for $450 back in May. I went today to look at items and boy oh boy a much smaller west elm couch was $500. I saw a couple tables I liked. But $200 for a broken table? I thought this store's mission was to HELP people, families that are starting off or something. But in this economy, paying $200 for a broken table is too much, even if it's name brand. Such a shame. But I won't be going back. These prices are not for people who are struggling. These prices are for people who've already made it.

Our experience with this restore has been better than great. Staff always has attentive, and super nice. Yes, they are pricey in certain things (furniture mostly) but that is because some of the stuff they sell is high quality or from brand stores. But we always find options. Overall every time we go there our experience has been good. Kudos for a their staff!
