Incredible service and nice staff and owner. We used CVS for years and hated every time we had to get medication. Jackson Pharmacy is always fast and professional. My son is special needs and he even offered to flavor his medication so it would be easier for him to take. Will never go back to CVS as long as I live here and use Jackson Pharmacy.

I love to patronize local businesses and I love Jackson Pharmacy. They are very kind and helpful. They answer the phone when it rings even if they are really busy.
They are close to my home which is a plus. I've patronized them since they opened on Hwy 124 and plan to continue.

Excellent service. Very nice and attentive. We use to go the the big name down the road but service is rude and things take days not minutes. We were in and out of here in 10 minutes even as 1st time customers. This is now my new pharmacy and would recommend to anyone. I am glad my mother in law told us about you guys. Was worth listening.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Jackson Pharmacy is. Every single person who works here is so kind and caring. They are truly wonderful people who take a personal interest in their patients and make you feel like you are dealing with family. Everyone is truly concerned about your health and always have well wishes when you are not feeling well. One day I was just having a horrible day and couldn’t fight back tears and one of the girls was so kind and very sincerely asked if I was ok and talked to me for a few minutes and asked if there was anything she could do. That meant so much. With all the craziness in our world today, it’s just great to have a business that has the utmost professionalism, but even more sincere kindness and caring.

I called Jackson Pharmacy to inquire about a certain brand of a medication they may or may not carry and with a rude tone, the response was "That's odd, you asking about a brand. We don't talk about brands over the phone. If you will bring in your prescription, we will talk with you then but not on the phone." All I wanted to know was, if they carried a particular brand before dropping off my script. I guess they're desperate for customers and can't be courteous to people. They obviously have to coerce them to bring their prescriptions in. At the very least 'Common Courtesy' should be the norm with any public business. There's no need to talk with people in a very rude tone of voice! It's as if you are unworthy of their time and effort to stop for a moment to check on something for you! I would NOT recommend Jackson Pharmacy to anyone, if not just for their inability to show respect to their potential customers. Wish there was a '0 star' level instead of 1star as the lowest on the scale to click for them. I'm one less customer they could have had. Shame on you Jackson Pharmacy!

We love the Jackson Pharmacy in Hoschton. You still get the small town feel and service from Ross and his team. They do offer drive up service and the inside is always clean if you go in. They are prompt with prescription reminders and will even call you on your birthday!
