The sale person was very rude! My brother had stroke and I asked her to see one of the boxes and see the installation instructions. I didn’t want to buy it unless it work for my brothers’s bed, her response was you can check online and she handles me a flyer of the store, so I explain to her this doesn’t show the installation of the hand rail for the bed. This lady is in the wrong business the owner should be aware how bad the customer service is in the store . Shame on you lady ! DO NOT BUY FROM THE STORE extremely RUDE!

This is a small but very well equipped family business. I called earlier today looking for an ortho boot and was treated very professionally. Since they confirmed they had what I was looking for, I brought my family member in for trying out the two boot options and Omar was extremely patient and helpful at helping us try the boot and get the best fitting one for our needs.
I was impressed to see how much variety of equipment they have, and it is very well located. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service! During my most recent trip to Miami, my son came down with a cold causing his asthma to flare up. We had his albuterol with us but no nebulizer. I came in near closing time in search of a children's nebulizer and was so thankful for the help from the employee working at the time. Definitely recommend for any medical equipment needs!

Lots of good things to write about this store. They were open when other stores were closed for a holiday and they have fair prices. Rented a wheelchair and bought some orthopedic boots. We originally rented the wheelchair for 1 week and then extended for another week. Renting the wheel chair for 2 weeks is the same price as renting it for one month. We asked if we could keep the wheelchair then for a month instead of two weeks (as we had paid already for two weeks - same price as one month) without paying extra (we would have paid extra for the leg adjustment - so a win/win situation?) . However, that was denied as we only rented it for a week at a time. Not a very customer friendly decision but OK, if it's company policy. 4 stars in this review as the personnel seems sometimes in a bad mood or appears to be helpful but not very forthcoming.
