Dr. Binning is the best doctor (of any kind) that I've been to. I moved away from FL and still prefer to wait to fly back down instead of finding a new eye doctor. Nicky is always the sweetest and super helpful - she remembers me every time I visit. They're always able to get me an appointment - Dr. Binning has even stayed after closing to make sure I'm taken care of. Seriously, very fast and friendly. Has to be the best eye doctor in the area. <3

Two stars for the appointment but three off for the service. He told me to try a certain kind of contact and, like any OD, said he’d have to order a trial to test. He never did. I forgot about it, came in the next year, same thing happened. I called not too long ago and they said they’d look into it, but nothing. Finally went in, had to fight to get my prescription since he wasn’t helping, and he wrote it up incorrectly. I’m done and have already taken my business elsewhere. I don’t know if they’re just disorganized or don’t care or something else, but that’s poor service and patient care. I’ll trust my eyes with someone better.

First off the woman at the front is extremely rude. Second, I went in February and ordered my glasses, I was told 3 days up to 2 weeks.. after 3 weeks I was told they were shipped and then the following week I was told they came broken and they had to reorder. Then 3 more weeks went by and I was told they had them, so I went in and they ordered the wrong frames. So again he reordered and it’s been over a month and I still never received them. He gave me the ones I didn’t order for “free”.. Doesn’t matter I didn’t order them or want them. I had to go to a different dr. and got my glasses in less than a week. Meanwhile it’s been over 3 months and still nothing from this place. Even though I called over a week ago and he said he would mail them to me when he got them in in a few days. So unprofessional. I should have known from day one this would happen after the way the receptionist acted. I’d avoid going here for your glasses.

Quite simply the WORST customer service experience I have ever had from a medical professional. And I note other comments here are glowing. Such was not my experience. The women who greet you when you come in act as though they are doing you a big favor. I wanted new lenses in MY frames. I was to leave my frames. They would offer no receipt unless I gave a deposit. Fine. Did that. This was on Feb 24. They said glasses would be ready in ten days. On March 10 glasses were STILL not ready, Dr claimed the lab made up the wrong Rx. Never heard from them again. I called today, March 24, oh yes, they are here. Had I not called, would they have called me? Unlikely.
I went in and began to discuss with the doctor my annoyance with the delay and I was told I could leave. Indeed he told me to "stop talking" or I would HAVE to leave. At that point I told him that with customer service like that he would not last 5 minutes in New York. He proceeded to call the Sheriff and report me as "verbally combative."
I suggested he take my money and let me leave. He did and I did. And I might add, the correction is fine. This is a refraction HE did for me several years ago was and remains excellent. The problem here is customer service. They have no clue how to treat customers, how to manage delays in delivery or how to simply say "I am sorry." Rude, obnoxious, foul and distasteful business practices.
I was told never to return, rest assured I will not. There are many places where one can get quality glasses AND be treated like a human being. This is not one of them.

PS. He’s out of business. I wonder why.

Dr. Binning Is a fabulous doctor and was great with my kiddo. HOWEVER, the prices for self-pay is insane. I paid $185 for my four-year-old to have her eyes examined. Was there about 15 minutes tops. I unfortunately cannot afford to come
Back here for her or myself.

When on a family vacation in Florida the lens in my glasses fell out. Driving around we found EyeSite Optique in Lake Worth off of Jog Road. I was greeted by a wonderful and kind gentleman who told me not to worry that he would help me. This man, Jason B.C. Binning is an Optometric Physician. He took his valuable time and not only fixed the screw that was stripped but he replaced the pads on my glasses. He did so with a smile and told me that I was all set. He would not accept anything but a THANK YOU. What a generous and kind man and an incredible customer service experience that I have not forgotten. I highly recommend this establishment and Jason B.C. Binning, O.D.. You will not be disappointed.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. The staff is friendly but the doctor himself was very short and had a very bad bedside manner. My daughter has an astigmatism and Dr. Binning had her start wearing glasses to help improve her vision. Almost, two years later, and she has not seen any results and the doctor's answer was "keep wearing the glasses". I requested my daughter's info be sent to a new doctor for an appointment we had scheduled as I wanted a second opinion. It was "not a problem" as per the staff when I called in early in the morning. When I called back in the afternoon to make them aware that it hadn't been received, I was put on hold and the Dr. himself got on the phone in a very rude tone and told me that I shouldn't expect to have received anything the same day and it was my fault for calling so late. I was being talked down to by the doctor and when I said I was only calling to let them know that they had not received it he got very snippy with me and had a very bad attitude because I was changing doctors. I have a feeling I will never get my daughter's records now. I do NOT recommend this doctor if you like the ease of dealing with a professional person.

I have been going to Dr. binning since 2012. Referred many to his practice. Love Dr.binning, awesome, however recently called to try out the new bio true contact lenses whoever i spoke with said they would check into and give me a call back. Nikki called left a message i returned her call she stated i had a balance in collections which i was unaware of and that probably because i moved from lake worth to delray and havent updated my address. I said fine ok ill pay it when i come in To get the contacts. She stated that unfortunately that they had not looked into it because i owe a balance and had to pay that balance first before anything. Which i offered to pay once i went in. I work in a doctors office and i am the supervisor, if a patient says they will pay when they come in great. I will see you when you get there expecting a payment. Nikki should brush up on her customer service skills. Because now the practice has lost a patient and my future referrals.
