I did my eye examination elsewhere since in network and went to jcpenney for my frames. I found this gem of an optician, Naomi I hope I spelled her name right. She went above and beyond in assisting with me frames. I had an retina detachment and a cataract on top of that in one of my eyes. She helped me with regular distance glasses and the specifics I needed since having a bit of a wave in that eye. And helped me with readers to the specifics I needed since both eyes are now very different. She was very patient as i went through a few frames and very informative. I will be going back to her as long as she is there. She is amazing the best optician yet out of all ones I have been to. I used my vsp but jcpenney is out of network but still a good deal for me two frames and high indexing lenses(always more no matter where you go)and contacts. Was a good deal for me!!

Terrible service and awful customer service.It tooked 45 days to make an eyeglass for me, and when was ready nobody called me. I went to picked up and nobody was there went for launch no other employee to cover her up and not mentioned any specific time for launch on answering machine.I never go back there fot sure

Brittney is a phenomenal, professional, informative employee I met by far. She answered every question I had & was very knowledgeable of all brands & everything optical. The location & atmosphere felt very welcoming the place was well organized, & Ms.Brittney acknowledged dozens of customers as they walked in & engaged in everyone’s needs.

The employees/Manager don't have respect for you. Also we can say what we want about the place because they gave us a bad customer service and bad attitude. I will never come back to this place to spend money to buy glasses and the manger was screaming in my face while we where talking just because i did't understand they did't have the patience to help me.

Got an eye exam here and glasses. They called me a week later to pick up my glasses. They came in fast and also great pricing. I recommend to get your glasses here.
