Wide selection of frame!!! but the worst customer service!!!! I bought Jins glasses in Japan before and of course the store was clean and the staff was so nice and helpful but I can’t expect the same thing in America, I guess? The frames have never been cleaned. They are nasty….. A female staff who reorganized the glasses was so helpful and nice but the other female staff at the reception was so so rude making me feel like I begged her and seemed annoyed when I asked more. I never bought glasses here how could I know I said thank you and she didn’t say anything back….. So rude I would never want to go back.

Dylan at Jin’s went above and beyond while being incredibly patient with me trying out the new glasses & taking on and off contact lenses. He explained the prince and cons of having a bigger frame glasses.

Even took care of me when I was taking off my contact lenses to try on the new glasses. (With solutions and clean contact case)

The glasses came out within a week and it looks great on me.

Very very slow 3hours in line and the employees were chatting in the back, their are no when we were checking out they were taking forever to get things ready, sometimes there’s only 2 or 1 person help costumers at check out.

Don’t waste your time coming here. They don’t care about you or your vision. I’ve got a strong prescription, and one of their specialists told me I could discuss getting a higher index lens, so I drove 30 minutes back just to order glasses. When I showed up, they told me I was ‘late,’ even though their system said to come at 6 PM. Then the specialist tells me I can’t get the 1.74 index I need because one eye doesn’t qualify, so I’d have to do 1.67 for both eyes instead. Absolutely ridiculous. The staff here clearly couldn’t care less about their service or their customers.

Worst customer experience ever. The stuff here is either not trained or just simply has no respect for the customers. I tried to buy a replacement of parts of my glasses, the first time the stuff kept my phone number and said she would keep it for me to buy it when I came back. Then the next week when I came back it was sold and the stuff in the reception had no idea what was going on. Then I placed an order again for it and double checked with them. Next week they said it was ready to pick up and when I came back they showed me the frames and not the parts and said it was an intern last time who didn’t know the parts is no longer sold alone. In any case, what’s the point of keeping my contact and do not let me know over the phone about it. And each time it was someone else’s fault, is all the stuff trained at all? Worst experience ever, will never come back.

Be prepared when you come here during the weekend. Line is long and service is really slow. I went during the weekend and waited between 1.5-2 hours!

Before I got in line, I asked one of the staff if I can use the coupon I got from family/friends and he confirmed. I waited in line and when reached the counter, the staff (different staff then the one I asked earlier) said I couldn’t use the coupon. I explained that the other staff told me I could use it and I waited more than 1.5 hours. She simply said, “We hired a lot of new employees, so they don’t know the policy.” I basically speechless after that.

Ended up ordering online and it took about a month to receive my glasses. Please note I ordered non-prescription sunglasses, so if you order glasses with prescription, it might take longer than a month ?

The good thing is their glasses is very light and pretty good quality, but just be aware of their slow service.

I recently broke my glasses and Oneall has made the process so easy to get. I must say, their performance was nothing short of amazing. Oneall went above and beyond to assist me with my needs, demonstrating a level of dedication and expertise that is truly commendable. Their helpfulness was greatly appreciated, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I got my glasses within the hour and since the location is at the mall an hour went by so fast!

The frames are nice and all but the service members told me that one can't get replacement parts even if I get a whole new frame. Whole business model seems to be getting people to buy more frames.
