I was visiting the area and needed one of the handles on my eyeglasses repaired I was so surprised Isotol adjusted the screw and sent me on my way. She was very professional and so we're the receptionist. I would recommend this facility any day. They make you feel welcomed and care about their customers. I'm sure I didn't get the eye techs name right but she was fantastic.

I wanted to share my positive experience as a new customer. The staff was great, and I especially appreciated my optometrist, Dr. Allison Dotson. During my routine yearly eye exam, she was very thorough and attentive to my concerns about the changes in my vision. I felt comfortable and truly heard throughout the process.

The advice and prescription Dr. Dotson provided have been incredibly helpful in improving my vision, and I really appreciate the care she gave me. I look forward to my next eye exam in 2025

Dr. Pritchett and his staff were efficient and helpful during my annual eye exam. I am always impressed with his state of the art equipment and friendly staff When discussing my exam, Dr. Pritchett walked me through my results on a big monitor, detailing changes from my past exams. He’s always helpful when answering my questions. I needed a new pair of glasses so I looked through an abundant selection of frames, including Gucci, Prada and Tiffany. The staff let me try on as many as I wanted before making my final choice. I am happy to recommend Johns Creek Eyecare, Dr. Pritchett and the staff based on the level of service and care I received!!

I was referred to Johns Creek Eye Care by my friend. I was long overdue for a full eye exam and needed the works. From the time I made the phone call to schedule my appointment to having my appointment today, I couldn't be happier. I just got new insurance and there was an issue with it (on my end). About 7-10 days before my appointment, Leslie called me to explain the insurance situation and helped me navigate who I needed to contact to fix the issue. She was very helpful and nice.

I had my appointment today and I couldn't be happier. Check in was easy and the girl at the front desk was once again Leslie. After I checked in, Shelby took me right back to start the exam. After she did the first round of eye tests, I saw Dr. Pritchett. He was so nice and caring, very detailed and thorough. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. He helped put my mind at ease, being that I was nervous since I hadn't gotten my eyes checked in several years. Once I saw the doctor, it was time to choose the frames for my new glasses. I forgot to ask the girl her name, but she too was very helpful. I tried on maybe 15 or so pairs and she made it fun and I never felt rushed. She wanted to make sure I felt good in the glasses I picked out. She was very informative with all of the questions I asked. With her help, I picked out the cutest pair and can't wait till I get them.

I am happy to say that Johns Creek Eyecare and Dr. Pritchett will be my new eye care place & Doctor.
