Beatrice is so sweet and accommodating! I was in need of a wheelchair at the last minute and she stayed after closing to assist me. She is knowledgeable with their equipment and she spent the time to get me what I needed. Their rental rates are also reasonable. Highly recommended!

Sent here because insurance covered. Asked me to initial that I had been given instructions on how to use crutches and scooter when I had not and distinctly ask for because line said I was supposed to. Had me initial a line I was given paperwork when I had not. Fell on scooter from here twice while recovering. Poor mobility and poor turn radius. Sucks you right in when trying to turn. Have to hang on tight with two hands to keep it straight Hard to use in home in small area. Also, they tell you to return by a certain date but insurance is billed per day so return early if you can. They don’t disclose this; personally, I really value forthrightness.

Okay I've dealt with this company before when they were a different name so I can only go by now the previous experience from now so okay this is a long story sorry to make it long. This company I went to Jones medical because I became on Medicaid I submitted my information with Doctor submitted his information for me to get a CPAP machine a new one so they went ahead and gave me a CPAP machine because of I guess my information check it out and then I was waiting on you I never got a call back for anyting I never got any kind of communication that was going on and off or anything like that I always had to call the store and they always claim they need this they need that and it's been almost two years it's been almost two years since I actually received

UPDATE: After posting my initial review, I was very unhappy with the way my Mom was treated . Shortly after, I was contacted by the company. They were very apologetic, and helpful. I changed my 1 star review to a 5 star review, because of the attentivenesss, and compassion used to correct the issue. They went the extra mile to ensure my Mom was happy, and I was thankful.

INITIAL REVIEW: My mom went there yesterday, and I am shook at how AWFUL her experience was! She is ELDERLY & DISABLED. She arrived using her cane, and was there to order a walker. After her appointment, she was waiting for her transportation to pick her up and bring her home. She spoke to an employee that said she was welcomed to sit down in the lobby while she waited. Then another staff member announced to my Mom that they were closing for lunch. She stood at the door prompting my poor Mom to gather her things, and stand outside. Its was 90 degrees outside, using her cane, and feeling like she wanted to faint. She's not even supposed to be on her feet for long. I had to say a prayer before writing this, because I really wanted to go down there and express myself in person. I work with patients everyday, and each and every one of them are treated like GOLD! If they are in my lobby waiting for a ride....I don't care if it's my lunch hour or the end of day....I'm waiting with them. I'm disgusted to know that an establishment would treat a customer like a stray dog. I will continue to lodge a formal complaint and take it to whomever will listen. Including legal action if necesaary. I would not recommend using this place.

I have been waiting on them to get my diabetic shoes ordered. I understand insurance. I called after two months. I was called by them once about getting a fax number for my Dr. I thought that was taking care of. I ended up walking that paperwork in myself. When I called in today I talked with the owner Christina she said her name was. She got a little loud and VERY rude and I asked her wouldn't they help out the patient and call the Dr's office themselves and she. Quickly said absolutely NOT! We don't do that! I said you don't help your patient? I was completely blown away! Will never do Business there again if my life depended on it. On hold with one insurance company and will call the other. Then will let my Dr's office which is on a Army base know about them.

We needed to rent a wheelchair for a week and this was the perfect place to do it. The staff were friendly and the rental was easy and affordable.

My husband just had surgery. Went in and worked with Kristina. She handled everything! She made phones, checked with my insurance company and is delivering equipment to us free of charge. What more could you ask for? Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Nakita was awesome. I felt so at ease going over the cpap machine with her. Very sweet and caring. Please take good care of her. she has great value. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get to know the others as much since Nakita is certified for my visit but they all seemed very friendly.
