I had a great experience with Dr Wendell and her staff at K&K Eye Center. It was my first eye exam in at least 3 years and I needed a new prescription. Prior to my appointment I went onto their website and virtually tried on many frames and had an idea of which ones I wanted to try. The optician was very patient with me but I wasn’t 100% sure on the frames I picked. I went onto the designers website and found the same frames in a different color; they ordered them for me and everyone agreed these were the ones! I picked them up today and am very happy with them! Thank you all!!

I've been going there for years and thought I had a great relationship with Dr. Wendel. I had to cancel a few appointments with them due to covid, death in the family work commitments etc. They also had to cancel on me. Things happen. I had a past bill due of just $23 that I offered to pay over the phone but they said it no big deal just pay when you come in next. I called last week to get an appointment and told they would have to call me back. I got a letter in the mail today saying they are terminating our relationship. I am in shock! Then the letter says I can request a copy of my records by filling out the enclosed release and yet there was no release enclosed! I normally don't post bad reviews but I feel very hurt by this and don't appreciate the abruptness in which this was handled. I would have appreciated an actual live phone call from the doctor. Moving onward and upward.

The entire staff , from scheduling the appointment, thorough exam, the help choosing a pair of glasses was so very

Love K & K Eye Center. I know you can probably get your exam and eyeglasses at a chain cheaper but I know when I have my eyes examined by Dr. Wendy that she makes sure there are no hidden issues with my eyes. The entire staff make you feel as if you are important to them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eye care.

For 2years in a row I show up at my appointment time and I am told I was late for my appointment…and will have to reschedule … even when I show the card that they filled out with my appointment time somehow according to the office manager I am wrong…. The Dr may be nice but with office staff such as it is don’t waist your time ! Was treated very poorly !

Dr. Wendel is wonderful. As someone who was new to glasses, I cannot say how thankful I am for Dr. Wendel's kind bedside manner and the comfortable atmosphere provided. The staff at K&K have been nothing but helpful and kind. The service has been wonderful and patient specific. I would highly recommend K&K!

Dr. Wendell and her staff are amazing. They are kind, caring and personable. I loved everyone there. They helped us compare our insurance discount to the office discount to be sure we got the best deal. I cannot say enough about this office. I highly recommend them!

I would leave 6 stars if I could! My daughter accidentally poked my eye and scratched my cornea. They got me into their already full schedule IMMEDIATELY and treated my eye. Everyone was professional and courteous - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
