If only there was an option for no stars!

Very unprofessional and incompetent team at the Conyers GA location. First time going there and I pray that I never have to go back. It’s been four days and I’m still waiting on them to send over my son’s prescription to my local CVS. I called them several times and the prescription still hasn’t been sent over/ received. I even offered to come back to the office and collect a hand written prescription to resolve this matter. I have yet to receive a phone call back from the office.

This office is a complete and total waste of time. Most of the staff is incompetent and physical slower than a snail. The waiting room is packed and the line for the pharmacy was an hour long, only for them to tell me that they didn’t receive the prescription that the Dr. (literally 10 ft away) sent over an hour ago!!!!

I would genuinely rather pay out of pocket to go somewhere else than to return to this location.

Dr. Trinidad Osselyn is one of the BEST doctors there. She’s so sweet, personable & caring. She will give you a hug when you’re not feeling your best. (Love her) As for the pediatrician Dr. Jackson is hands down the most calmest, patient, understanding & the best doctor I have ever had and still have for my kids. I only trust her medical advice for my kids. Every RN that’s in this facility is always smiling and passionate about their job. I love this location.

As a medical professional I came to Kaiser seeking medical care as a patient due to a rollover motor vehicle accident. Chandra Torry, DNP was extremely rude and disrespectful. She wouldn’t see me for my appointment because after being checked in I was in the room with my daughter for her appointment. When my vitals were done the lpn stated she had an appointment for herself so she was in a hurry. No one came in to re-room me as they stated they would and when the NP Chandra Torry came in she began telling me she’s not going to see me because she couldn’t find me. She threw her head back after continually interrupting me and said well I’m not going to see you. Worst medical experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone booking an appointment with the dnp and I hope Kaiser takes my complaint seriously and provides professional training to this employee. Chandra Torry, DNP you are the worst provider and should be ashamed to have the title dnp behind your name. It’s people like you that causes nps to have a bad reputation and patients to shy away from seeing nps.

My nurse was absolutely fantastic her name is Simone. She was very thorough,efficient, kind and caring. She actually educated me on a subject matter that I had not discussed with anyone else. I found her advice helpful. The doctor that I saw today was new to me and I really like her very much. I think she's very professional and I look forward to seeing with her in the future, when/ if necessary. Her name is Dr. Ezebuiro

I love the Conyers office! Small and efficient. The phlebotomist, Rasheeda, is amazing! She gets the vein every time and is very friendly. I highly recommend you go see her if you need blood drawn!

I’ve been with Kaiser for approx. 21 yrs. I’ve had great experiences here with all but one doctor, whom had given me the wrong meds. He gave me meds for seizures. (I DO NOT nor do any family members ever has had any seizures.) Thank GOD I did not take them & consulted with my birth sister who at the time was a BSN, RN. & now have further her education in the medical field. I do wish that Kaiser will soon honor “Workman’s Comp” patients.
Overall I love Kaiser & will carry Kaiser into my retirement.

I had a great experience with the Conyers Kaiser - the pharmacist and technician went over and beyond the call of their due diligence. The pharmacist multitasked while she was on the phone advocating for my patient assistance card! I really appreciate how she manages the pharmacy tending to all of her patients, overseeing the pharmacy department, and providing an atmosphere of positive business environment! Thank you
