I am always pleased with the service I receive from Dr.Tamar Jackson and the staff at the Douglasville location.They are very knowledgeable friendly and helpful and caring. They actually remind me of the doctors visits way back when.I also would like to say that I have been to several locations including the urgent care facilities and I have always been treated with respect and compassion and received very good care and treatment from any Kaiser office I have been To.

My visit to the Kaiser Permanente Douglasville Medical Office has left me deeply saddened and frustrated. After my initial virtual consultation, I came in hopeful, but I faced a long wait—this visit lasted over three hours (and counting in still waiting) without being seen.

While the staff were helpful and did their best, the communication regarding my symptoms and the processes in place were lacking. Despite sharing my concerns and stating it was my first visit, I was only informed after waiting that I could either continue to wait indefinitely or schedule an appointment at another facility. This crucial information should have been communicated upfront.

It’s disheartening to see other patients echoing the same frustrations about excessive wait times and poor communication. This shouldn’t be the norm in healthcare. I urge Kaiser Permanente to improve their communication and scheduling processes to ensure a better experience for all patients in our community.

Always well received upon entering the facilities. I was with Kaiser in 1972. Great Doctors. However they closed in Ohio. Now I’m in Georgia. I’m pleased to back.
Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Dr Tamar Jackson is awesome.
I've never had a bad experience . All my Docters have been great🙏🏽❤️

The staff (Except Lab Techs) have horrible attitudes and the wait times, especially to get labs are ridiculous. Staff will get up and go to lunch while you’re waiting. My rating is 3 stars, because I actually like the pediatrician Kendall, but unfortunately we got stuck with Chappell this time, who is not kid friendly at all. Unnecessary outside labs that took forever to get a response back is completely unacceptable.

Been using Kaiser for years and all the pharmacy techs are top tier when it comes to customer service and efficiency! And do everything with a smile on their face. Can’t recommend them enough!

I have an extreme fear of needles so any time I need to have a blood draw it comes with crazy anxiety and panic attacks. This has been so hard for me and then I met Miss Betty. She is an angel on earth. She was kind, made me feel comfortable and most importantly like a human. Dealing with this phobia my entire life has been difficult so when you find someone who has empathy and is comforting is surprising and amazing!!!! She is the reason I will drive an hour out of my way to come to where she is and I hope others can learn from her friendliness and compassion!!!! Thank you so much Miss Betty . You are the best!!!!
