I have three days to complete a drug test but couldn't get a hold of the office. I would only get an after hours automated system even during open hours. I explained to them my situation that I needed done before Monday. The girl kept screaming out the office " We don't do drug test on Friday." I explained my situation but turned me away. Terrible customer service. I'd say go else where for whatever services they provide.

I made an appointment at the Kennedy Occupational Medical Center for a pre-employment drug test and upon my arrival was appalled by the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the staff. The "Medical Center" does not utilize common Security practices offered elsewhere. Specifically, I was asked to place my handbag into an open plastic basket where the Receptionist would "take care" of it. When I requested a locked cabinet to keep my personal belongings secure, I was informed none was available. A Manager was called who just yelled at me, "Look ma'm she's not gonna take anything from you!" When I informed the Staff I would take my handbag to lock it in my vehicle, I was notified that once I entered the testing area I could not leave and return. So, I suggested they escort me to my car where I could secure my belongings. When this was refused, I suggested they could hold my handbag in the bathroom to witness my sample and this was refused again. My specimen failed to be sent out that evening and despite my daily calls to the vendor overseeing the process, my specimen cannot be located .... apparently, it has been "lost in transit" and Kennedy Occupational Medical Center has not been able to provide the vendor with a viable tracking number. Five days later, the Lab still has not received my specimen and the vendor representative states the Kennedy Medical Center staff have a bad attitude each time he calls them and won't give him a good tracking number for follow-up. Don't go here!

The doctors are good. The people at the front desk are terrible. They don't greet you. They ignore you while speaking Spanish to one another. They don't answer the phone and there is no message center. I asked if I could leave a message for the doctor and was told I have to wait until my appointment which was 3 weeks away. The worker specifically told me the only time I could speak to the doctor is when I have an appointment. I asked if I could leave a email or leave a note him and was told no. I had to drive across town 3 times because I could not get anyone to answer the phone. When I told the front desk I was told they couldn't do anything about it and when I informed of having to drive across town to ask a yes or no question I was responded to by what do you want me to do and had a terrible attitude. This office is the worst. I will never go to them again. Stay away

Honestly great place to take piss test. Always in and out, they press over making an appointment but overall it's cool

Workers are not serious or on top of their obligations they are careless and clueless. They have the worst attitute. No wonder they work for a place like this.
