I’m honestly not sure how this place has stayed open as long as it has with the customer service they have. Maybe because they’re the only place in Blairsville like this and people come because they can’t find things like this anywhere else? Yeah, that’s my only reasoning for returning but if I can find it anywhere else, I do. I really like to try and support the small, local businesses in my town, especially long-standing ones but it’s difficult to do that with this one. I go out of my way now to avoid having to get anything here unless it’s just something I really need right away and can’t get to me quick enough. On numerous occasions the lady, Elaine, has been so rude. Her snarky remarks and attitude and sometimes just downright hatefulness is not what I would say is good customer service. One time I wrote a check and returned something a few days later because I reacted to it and she blew up because I now made her cash drawer off! Today I called and asked if a product was organic and she said no and I was like oh ok, I was hoping it was, thank you though. And she replied back all snarky “well you can hope on because it ain’t!” Really ? Was that necessary ? There’s been many instances like that. I truly hate going in there. I wish there were someone else to compete with her but in the meantime, I will continue to look elsewhere for products I could get there just because she’s so hateful. The other lady and guy are both really kind and helpful but Elaine is not. Oh and if it say they close at 5, you better be waking out that door at 4:45 because she’s closing up shop at 4:59.

This is my favorite health food store. I am always amazed that I can go in there and ask for something weird and not only do they have it, they can take me right to it. This is a family run store, and the faces are always friendly and familiar.

Friendly knowledgeable Christian owner and staff with store stocked with herbs, vitamins and more.. Kens wife, Elaine, manages the store along with sisters and family. Elaine said that Ken's motto was to do right by everyone and help them anyway possible. A true legacy to Ken because a Christian spirit makes this business a success. Always look forward to dropping by for all our vitamins and supplements.
