A family owned business ? ? ?, and I highly recommend this place.
very advanced in technology, the newest equipment, and all kinds of eye exams (eye prescription, eye ? pressure, eye disease, picture of your retina...) all this without dilating your eyes ?, because dilating the eyes was done in the past, not any more with this advanced technology and equipment they have.
most of the insurance cards are acceptable ?
The number of kids frames in this store is much more than other places I have visited.
very respectful people, knowledgeable and kind.
don't hesitate to call or go to ask any questions.

Family Owned! Truly wonderful experience! I broke my glasses on Thanksgiving. Needed them repaired or new frames. Ken found a new frame to fit my current lenses. Best prices! Worth the drive!

Always excellent service & great prices. I had a pair of frames I brought in to get new lenses while also getting 2 new pairs for my daughter and I had completely forgotten about the frames! They held onto them and reached out to me after I didn't get back with them and I finally came and picked them up almost a year later! They held them that long and made multiple attempts to reach out to me about them.

I drive all the way from Starke Fl into Orange Park Fl just to get my glasses at Ken's United Optical which is at least 1 hour away but it is well worth it. There prices and customer service is priceless. It is the best eyeglass place I have ever been too. KEN and his son Trae are very respectable, polite, and professional. They make you feel very comfortable when you are getting your eyes checked at their place. They also go out of their way to make sure you get a pair of glasses that are correct for your eye sight and look good on you. It's the best place I have ever been to get my eye glass and their place is a up to date and beyond with their equipment and the way your eyes are checked. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Unbelievable, I have never experienced the warm caring Eye glass care in my life and I’m 66. Ken and Tray were unbelievable. Attended to my needs every step of the way. I have never paid the ridiculously price for the exam, transition lenses, and no line Bi focal lenses in my lifetime. $70 out of the door compared to $350-$475 I have been paying! If you don’t give this business a chance, you are foolish. They are unbelievable, please trust me….
