Dr. Kim personality is the first thing that will stand out to you when you talk to her. She's funny and very straight forward. She has been my optometrist for the last 6 or 7 years but it been like 4 years since I last visited. It was my fault but after doing my yearly physical, my primary doctor told me to go do my eye exam. I made an appointment and arrived early. I was able to find parking easily, I remember before it could be a hassle. My eye sight changed from the last time I did an eye exam here so I needed to get new prescription lens. I still like my Oakley frame so I prefer to keep using that one. So I had to get it sent out so they can put new lens on it. Make sure to have a backup glasses because it can take 2 or 3 weeks to be completed. Keep in mind that if you pay credit card there is a fee so try paying cash or having your debit card.

You can tell she loves her job the way she works with kids shes patient speaks in a way you dont uave to ask her to repeat herself we all go there i would definitely go back /family friendly

Dr. Kim is extremely helpful. I have poor eyesight. She has gone out of her way to recommend resources for me. even went out of her way to make sure I got my glasses. I recommend her practice highly.

Issue refund when I called. It is illegal business practices simply scam.

My doctor referred me to Dr Kim Lai and this has been a life changing experience. She was the only O.D. That took the time to throughly examine my optical problems and find the correct solution for me.
Her staff was excellent in helping me find the correct frames for my face.
I strongly recommend her to anyone who needs glasses.

Dr Lai is fantastic! I've been going to eye Dr's for 38 yrs and she is one of the best I've ever had. Very friendly, informative and doesn't try to sell you services or products you don't need or can't afford. I highly recommend her!!

We were customers of Dr. Lai for several years before we enrolled in Kaiser and went with their Senior Advantage Program. During the time we were with the Dr. Lai, she and the staff were
wonderful to deal with and always were attentive to our needs. I always bought progressive lens with all the bells and whistles so the cost was not low, but the quality of the work was top notch. If I needed adjustments, the staff was always there to help. If we were not with Kaiser, we would still be with Dr. Lai.
