I love are commissary. Plenty of coupons, the cashiers help with my groceries, they take wic and Ebt. And there very clean. Never did the online shopping but glade its a option. Kid friendly buggies as well. Prices are hit and miss sometimes another store can be cheaper but its also about convenience.. thanks everyone that work there!!!

Eat the sushi at your own risk. I saw the worker there use her finger to scoop sauce without gloves. The fruit section is 3/10 but the meat is cheap

I’ve been shopping here for years and to me you can’t beat the prices on stuff even as much as a dollar cheaper than off the base so it’s a good savings for me on retired income

I've been going to this Commissary since 1991, and worked here for a year or 2.
I believe this location needs SERIOUSLY deep cleaning. Some items have been expired. The isle signs need to be at the end of the rows not in the middle. Seems when I shop there are 1 maybe 2 cashiers. So needless to say, there should be at least 3 cashiers at peak time.
I say..the Commissary is very outdated and dirty.

We were shocked at how peaceful this commissary is. Why? Go shop at NAS JAX Commissary and you'll encounter an insane asylum with a massive crowd and folks running you over as they fight over the last can of discounted tuna...or beans or whatever.

Then go to Kings Bay. The difference will be immediately obvious.

Commissary prices cannot be beat. This commissary is relatively clean, and well stocked. Most importantly, it's not overrun by maniacs looking to run you over leaving grocery cart tracks on your back.

I'm not a great decision maker, but privileges like the commissary make me super happy I swore the oath...45 years ago. If you happen to have the privilege of shopping at the Kings Bay, Georgia commissary, please help us keep it mellow.

Love shopping here. It's out of the way but worth the drive. The produce is fresher - no badly bruised discolored onions. The ground beef and pork look nice and clean and fresh too - no poorly packaged meat with blood dripping from cellophane that smells rotten when opened. Oh - and the deli counter lady is friendly and attentive - not surly. This makes driving to Kings Bay well worth the trip rather than shopping local.
