After browsing their website online, I called them and spoke with an Alex, to make sure the unit I was looking for was available before I took the 1 hour drive to Kingsland. Just left with 2 of my homies. Walked in and they said "welcome in." After that, I personally was never spoken to again. Walked in front of the counter multiple times and was never spoken to about purchasing or what I'm looking for. Recently got my motorcycle license and was excited to look at motorcycles. Will NOT be back here. Customer service was trash.

Karen and Alex are both amazing. I had nothing but a positive experience with this place. Karen was more than helpful in guiding me through the process of placing a down payment for my 2023 Honda Navi. She was extremely informative regarding the insurance, registration, pick up date, and anything else I asked. I was shocked to see the amount of care she gave for me as a customer. It was all quite reassuring.

When you're ready to pick up your ride, Alex is the man to help you. Like Karen, he was also extremely informative, but he focues on with the mechanical side of things. He explained everything about the bike in a very patient and kind manner. Alex will make sure everything is strapped down and secure before you take off with your purchase (if you load it in the back of a truck like I did).

Overall, it was a smooth and great experience. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to make buy. +++++

Kings Bay Honda has an incredible staff and facility. I took my 2021 Rubicon in with 4wd issues that a previous dealer could not seem to work out after 3 weeks. Little did I know I should have been going to Kings Bay Honda the whole time!!! The tech had the issues figured out in less than 48 hours. Ordered the part and repaired it right away. Tennille in service is outstanding at her job and her communication with the tech is great. This will be the only place I take my Honda for service or to buy new Honda’s from here on out.

After calling every dealer in Jacksonville and st Augustine trying to find some one who wasn’t adding almost 2k in fees to msrp on a Honda Navi and was about to give up when my friend suggested kings bay. I called them they were only adding normal prep tax tag and freight charges I immediately left a deposit on the last one they had. Showed up the next morning as soon as they opened. The sales person I talked to told me he wouldn’t be there so he would make sure I was all set and he did just that. Walked in was greeted with my name and my paperwork sitting right there read to go. Was out the door in less than 45 min. Great team. Would STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

Had some new tires installed on the 2020 Honda cbr650r
They were 120 a tire. But.. I feel like its worth the charge due to the importance of balanced tires. Chain was perfect alignment was great and my front forks feel stiffer as if he fixed the sloppiness in the front end.

Took my Seadoo here for maintenance. The folks are very professional and friendly. Was a bit shocked about the price for first oil change…. But I was very happy with the service. Got back on the water and she seemed to run much better. Will be returning.
As a side note: Did notice that the Side by side selection here is amazing.
